Determine Human Resource Needs

1. Of the parts of HR planning, which do you think is most difficult, and why? Which would you enjoy the most, and why?

In HR planning for me the most difficult is recruiting new employee because it takes more process and validation so that the deserving one will be hired. Its takes a proper validation, it will dig the personality, background, skills, knowledge and etc. of that certainly person so that he will fit to the need of the organization. The HR planning is stressful so I think its nothing enjoyable there.

2. Why is it important to plan your staffing before you start to hire people?

The Staff are the possible head hunters in the organization they will facilitating in hiring new employee. The staff are more responsible to run a successful institution.

3. What is the significance of training? Why do we need it in organizations?

Training is important in organization because it can develop employees to be more responsible and more professional to thier job and also it can help for them to gian more experience. It needed in organization to have a greater possiblity that they can be successful to their vision.
