The Covid-19 is dangerous and can fatal many lives just what on the news and media. One of the Problem bring of this pandemic is anxiety to use that can triggered possible mental health disorder. Psychology research have four key insight.

Maintain a safe distance from coronavirus news, the research found out that the more the person dig an information especially Covid-19, the more likely we are to perceive the threat as dangerous, and the more likely we are to exhibit elevated levels of Covid-19 anxiety. This factor is chain reaction of worry because the more worry the person possibly encounter stress that may affect mental health conditions. Fake info from social media may bring more fear so be responsible of what you read. The self control can help to be more healthier and big possibly a person can aware mental problem because he is responsible of how to act during this pandemic do what right, balance and focus. Manage mindset is a responsible way to act during pandemic because a certain person will apply common sense like wearing mask, observe social distancing and etc, that correspond to health protocol. Find a coping strategy to overcome the Problem bring this pandemic such as stress and anxiety. For example I will try to enjoy my self doing what I want, feel relax and exercise.

This pandemic it can bring anxiety, stress or even mental health problems, the one who will act to this is ourselves, be responsible enough and following health protocols that set by authority.
