Adobong Kangkong
is a direct vegetable dish that is seen as a staple in various Filipino homes. Water Spinach which is secretly known as Kangkong is the essential component for this strong Adobong Kangkong Equation.
There are a couple of groupings of Kangkong. In the Philippines, the most notable collection is the wide-leaf ones; these are ordinarily watched drifting (if not intentionally created) in watery regions. Another grouping is the Chinese Spinach or Water Cabbage which is secretly known as Chinese Kangkong. This Adobong Kangkong Recipe uses the Chinese variey considering openness reasons.
Fixings
1 pack water spinach kangkong, leaves confined and follows sliced in 1 inch length or more
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup vinegar
1 head garlic crushed and hacked
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt and
dull pepper to taste

Warmth a cooking pot and pour-in the cooking oil.
Exactly when the oil is adequately hot, put-in the garlic by then gritty shaded.
Pour the soy sauce, vinegar, and water in the cooking pot and let bubble.
Incorporate the Kangkong stalks and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Sprinkle salt and ground dim pepper by then blend.
Incorporate the Kangkong leaves and carefully blend to mix in with various fixings. Cook for 30 seconds taking everything into account.
