TSEDI Highlands and Bay view Park is one of the most fascinating tourist spot that we can find only in Mabini. TSEDI’s name was inspired by the combination of names of Mrs. Esther Tabigue’s families and loved ones. Where “T” stands for Tabigue “S” for Silvano “E” for Esther “D” for Darius “I” for Ivan. According to the owner of TSEDI which is Mrs. Esther Tabigue, it is discovered during 2014 by her own. She was being please and well captivated by the view of the surrounding especially the bay view which enables her to relax. As the day goes by, she loved the place and decided to develop and improve as a resting house, but, there are lots of people who’s attention were being captured because of the hidden treasured we can noticed above. With this, they decided to open TSEDI Highlands and Bay view in public on the date of November 15, 2016.(Esther Tabigue)
