John McAfee. Eleven days after his death

I found out about John McAfee's death through a post by @MarcDeMesel on noise.cash. Well, I had a vague reference to his life, but his last name was very familiar to me because of the famous eponymous antivirus.

I read two interesting articles here on read.cash about the deceased computer mogul. The first, posted by @Pantera titled "R.I.P. John McAfee - You Will Always Live in Our Hearts" and the other one by @AnonSunamun whose title is "John McAfee. His life, his death, and the storm his death causes."

Both articles are excellent, so I highly recommend reading them if you haven't already read them. I am waiting for the second part of the article from the second of the quoted authors.

However, after eleven days of a fateful event, I have the impression that the mainstream plays on the short memory of the masses and hopes that the news will pass into oblivion as soon as possible.

Some claim with good reason that time erases everything. So, it's worth asking yourself, who would benefit from the death of John McAfee? Sure, those who avoid raising a lot of dust around his figure and on his projects.

In this sense, like any other individual on this vast blue planet, I can only doubt the gossip about this embarrassing and regrettable fact, if one has any intelligence. I recommend that you do it too.

Today I reviewed several video clips of the news in Spanish from some of the information media. Curiously, under a facade of impartiality, almost everyone showed the same images and connoted messages except "La Vanguardia" that labeled him beginning of the news of leading a life full of drugs, weapons, and corruption.

Moreover, the medium hints through the edition of a few words of McAfee's lawyer that John committed suicide. Also, in a segment, he lets in some background words from the court hearing that said that McAffe was another millionaire who does not want to pay taxes.

I invite you to watch the video clip. Do not believe everything they tell you in the media.

You can already find information on alleged conspiracy theories linked to McAffe's death on Wikipedia. Although I did not blindly trust these sources (by virtue of those who finance them), in these, you will find truths intertwined with subtle lies to manipulate you. It is up to you to identify them.

When the Status Quo wants to discredit some uncomfortable information that affects them, it only links it to some conspiracy theory.

You will wonder, was John McAfee a danger to anyone?

Maybe not, but he probably knew too much about the system, and his ideas were more dangerous than they seem to us.

No man is perfect. McAfee was no exception. I'm not a fan of yours, but I'm not an enemy either. I do not mean to vindicate or destroy his memory.

But there is no doubt that he was an intelligent man with problems of infatuation and excesses.

I read from a supposed biographer that John's speeches were not to be trusted. I wonder, was he a liar and a cheater?

So, I searched YouTube for some recent interviews to weigh such a claim, and I found one in which he says that Bitcoin is worth nothing. I invite you to watch the video below. It has no waste.

Sure, more than one maximalist on that occasion hated McAffe for what he said. It doesn't seem to me that he told lies.

Let's see, I will summarize you; He said that Bitcoin was cool in its early days, and while the examples he put forward to support his arguments are controversial, also they are true.

According to John, Bitcoin was useful on the Darknet. Criminals are always the first to use state-of-the-art technologies to outwit the authorities; When the police were able to trace the funds, the criminals turned to other means. Now, Monero is king. Privacy and anonymity are the keys.

Bitcoin is worth nothing because it cannot be used as money, and it also does not allow the use of smart contracts. It is obsolete.

Wow! McAfee was honest and logical in his approach. I think he was very visionary.

He also hinted, in broad strokes, his vision and his position on the State and taxes, especially the income tax. Libertarian philosophy flowed through his veins.

I have to admit from watching a short 23-minute video with an open and critical mind that the death of John McAfee has more puzzles than meets the eye.

In 23 minutes, he said among other things:

  • That governments and big tech infiltrate us with their products, but bitcoin was disruptive by originating from people.

  • Bitcoin is obsolete and useless; it does not serve as money. That people are stupid for speculating with her. It is worth noting.

  • Governments control Centralized Exchanges, and in this sense, we should not trust them. The way out is in the development of the Decentralized Exchange.

  • I praise the Stablecoin DAI (Decentralized) even though they are not attractive to speculators.

  • The income tax is a brake on the economic development of a nation.

  • That people must wake up and change the reality that oppresses them.

As I said at the beginning of the article, I am just a person who wants to think to try to escape the manipulations of the system. McAfee also advocated for people to wake up and be free.

I do not see in McAfee; a depraved person as some people paint him. Nor to a superhero fighting evil. Merely, he was someone who saw into the entrails of the beast and became dangerous.

Nor do I see him as a tax evader. He stated several times in writing to the tax office that he would not pay one more dollar until the government showed him in what spent the more than 50 million dollars that he had paid and received no response. In this sense, he exercised a natural right, and the government's silence is an acceptance.

Curiously, they left him in relative peace for that matter, and only when he ventured into politics to aspire to the US presidency did they reactivate the issue; Not suspicious!

Final thoughts

Researching about John McAfee is a challenge these days. It is a pity that as time passes, people's interest will wane to give way to new scandals created by the owners of the system and thus divert attention from what is important.

However, I would like to give you some things to think about when thinking about this extravagant personality that may be useful to you.

John McAffe used to say that investing in the stock market or other assets is like gambling in a casino. In this sense, I understand that the owners of the casino establish the rules of the game in their favor.

There are only two paths when it comes to working. You work for someone else, or you work for yourself. The best way is to work for yourself. McAfee's life was an example.

When you invest, you don't necessarily create anything. Only when you invest in yourself create.

How can you cross a border with 100 million dollars in gold or silver on top? You simply cannot. But with the primary key at the top of the cryptocurrency records, you have no limits and no one else than you know.

Ask yourself, how can someone cross a border with $ 100 million worth of gold or silver on it? He simply cannot. But McAfee could. Sure, did not carry gold or silver, only the primary keys of his cryptocurrencies in his memory. How much? Only he knew.

Moreover, something that can blow your mind. Find out why McAfee said cryptocurrencies are not an investment.

What did John McAfee think of Bitcoin Cash?

Well, I think little when judging by one of his latest projects: Ghost. Now, orphan to be carried out. Perhaps some of his ideas could be incorporated into BCH in the future.

John McAfee still has a lot to teach us. You just have to dig a little deeper in the right place and with an open mind.

Hello, my friend.

Thanks for your nice comments. I just read the second part of your article. I really liked the objectivity of how you approached it. About John McAffe there is still much to tell.

Congratulations.
