The largest lake in North America and the largest freshwater lake in the world is Superior. The lake covers a vast area of North America and Canada. Here are ten percent of the world's freshwater. The lake covers an area of about 31,700 square miles. It cannot be seen from the other side like the sea. Lake Superior is the second deepest, the coldest, and the oldest lake in the world.

Tahkamenon Falls

Tahkamenon Falls State Park is located between Michigan's Upper Peninsular Newberry and Paradise in North America. This waterfall is about 200 feet wide. With about 190,000 liters of water per second, it is falling 50 feet. Surprisingly, its water color is orange-brown. This is actually due to the tannin of the cedar tree, which flows along the river and makes the falls so colorful.

Like Miners Castle, Munich Falls is a popular spot for travelers. There are reasons for that. This waterfall can be easily reached by a short walk from the parking lot. From small children to old people, anyone can turn to this fountain. There is a forest of pine trees near this waterfall. The beauty of the pine forest captivates the minds of the visitors while visiting the waterfalls.
