At first I want to apologise as I mentioned "some". I know teaching is a nobel profession and all teacher should be respected. But there are some teachers who actually means to us more than that. Some teacher take teaching as a profession but some become our guardian actually. I mean no disrespect to any teacher in the world even if he/she is only commercial or connected with profession as I don't think there is no teacher who didn't teach his/her a single word. As this is an Appreciation post for the teachers of the world and specially my life, I don't to disrespect any teachers in the world. Special thanks to some special teachers of my life as they came in the form of angel to not only teach me but also guide me, encourage me beat the hell out of me to run towards my goal.

In our life, we meet hundreds of teacher. It's rare to have a special bond with Teachers at our institutions. To be honest, things got much more professional now specially at cities. But in villages, teachers are much more supportive and not commercials at cities. That's why I see my father having some deep bond with some teachers and even principals of his institutions but we didn't get that kind of opportunities. How come, we had 10k plus students and our principals were colonel, so rest is history. In cities, we get private tuitions from many teachers but thing remains commercial and at one time the bond fades away. At least that I saw from people around me. At school, I have good relation with some teachers but due to the storm of commercialisation, the bonds blown away.

But I had good bond with my private tutors actually and very very good bonding. I was always notorious but they loved me. I could communicate with them easily and at one time I felt like they are really the angels of my life. I just want to share some stories and appreciates their effort on me that push to the stage where I am now. In this part I am going to appreciate my school tutors and apprecaite them.

My English Teacher

This person actually is something else. Very simple minded, religious and also strict. He was not connected with any school or college. He had his own English Teaching Center. From 8th to 12th grade, I learnt from him. Actually he was more than a teacher. I used to get beaten for not writing the Paragraph and Composition written in the book or the one he gave us to read. I liked my way most. He had beaten me but also said not to stop free hand writing. He used to take examination every friday and then in each month he used to give gift to the highest number achiever. I got many gifts from him. Some of us were his favourite in our batch. Sometimes we had our homeworks done but still he used to beat his favourite ones as we didn't inspire them to do their homeworks and we are equal guilty for that. In free time, he used to call us and help him to count the numbers and give result. He called my parents and also asked how I am doing with the other subjects. In many important decision, those 3 of us was his best choice. He used to call us free times, asked about our problems, what is going inside the batch, do we need anything, who needs extra care etc actually. I was once surprised to hear from a junior that she knew me as teacher told them about me, about my free writing😅. He actually cared for me too. I realized it in an incident. During state exam, every coaching should be closed but our exam was near. I got a call from him at 1 AM. I got pretty much afraid then actually. He told me to come over and not to say anybody. I went there, and we had some talk about the situation. Then we discussed to collect some information. I actually can't explain it here but there was a yellow journalist and that was our problem. He could blame our honest teacher for selling questions. So finally we took decision to have our class at 5 AM and dismiss at 5.45 AM,before anybody could know. At then I felt the his affection towards me. We were 130 at my batch but he called me. Not even called the anyone from junior batch. He helped me a lot. I mentioned in my last post that I had go leave for college at 5.30 Am and returned home at 8-9 PM. So there was no chance that I can attend the classes. But he told me to send my mom every wednesday and he gave her all the homeworks he gave throughout the week. Then I used to learn them on wednesday and thursday and submit all the works at friday. Then he gave me extra time and I corrected the mistakes and explain why I mistook. That's how I continue my 11th-12th grade there.

Even now when I go to my capital, I visit him. I call him sometimes to ask about his health and family. He gave me the support when I needed and told me to push a bit always. He is indeed one of the guardian angel of my life.

My Bengali Tutor

Bengali seems much easy the bengali grammar is very hard actually. I didn't take tution from him long. May be 6months but still what he did for me was a blessing from me. I was not good at bengali grammar. I asked him what should I do and he told me to come 45 mins earlier the class starts and he would help me. He gave me the key of the room and told me there are many books, read the topic that you find hard and solve the model tests. Everyday I used to go the 45 mins earlier and read and gave self test. He always came 15 mins earlier for me and then answer all my confusions and review my test and corrected my mistakes. He helped me a lot with the subject. I got full mark in MCQ in the state Exam too and didn't let him down. We are connected at facebook and sometimes I send messages. He a blessing for me then. I don't know what would happen if he wasn't there for me then. I will be indebted to him for the help and care he had given to me then.

My Science Tutor at Home

If someone asks me to describe me in one word, I would just say "Nightmare". He had beaten the hell out of me. Not because of the study actually😑, I have a bad habit of nail biting. He used to check my nails and Kaboom. He used to call my mom and ask how much time I spent of mobile. If it's excess to him, Kaboom😑. If I made any mistake while doing math, Kaboom. More like he used o punch me on my back. Everyday after he left, my family would tell me the amount of punch I got as the could here the sound from other room. He used to give homework and when he checked, he told me a thing that I will never forget. " Doing the tasks I gave you is not anything special. Everyone does that. If you complete the tasks I have done and do something extra, that will make you exceptional from other and special." In one word, he told me to be unique. our bond was very good. He gifted me a shirt on my birthday, invited me and my another friend on special occasion at him home. I call him and ask about his health as he has some health issues. His teaching methods are very good. I had to wait 6 months to have his time as he was full with his schedule but finally he gave me time and it was worth it for both of us. He took care of the physics and chemistry then. And higher maths too. One of the best teachers I have seen in my life.

My Social Science Tutor

Actually social science is very easy and don't need tution. But the science teacher above told me to go this madame to overview the subject. She don't like to tech student in private. We were only three people and she just told us we wouldn't get any special treatment. She is only going to check how is our condition and going to give us some important suggestion.

This part is not so good actually. Though the starting was sweet, the ending was more more more bitter. We used to go to her and she used to treat us as guest always. She had a daughter and may be the most beautiful girl in my life. Sister used to make tea for us, bring cookies, chocolate and other foods and other sweets. After the exam, we wanted to visit the hometown of mam. But A terrible thing happened. Mam's daughter, our sister committed suicide which was totally unexpected. I saw the body hanging and couldn't sleep properly for 3-4 months. I went to mam's home after some times of the incident, more specificlly after the result. She was pale but gave us chocolates and told us sister left the chocolates for us and may be told in her note to give that to us if we do good in the exam. I wish I could take that from her own hand. I don't call mam a lot as it triggers the memory towards the incident. Sister was her only daughter and now she is alone with uncle. So she remembers the incident and I don't want to hurt her. It's been long, may be 1.5 hour since I talked with mam but I am really very thankful to her for the care and hospitality she had shown towards us and also for the overview of the subject.

My General Math Teacher

To be honest, here's nothing more to say. He is actually very professional but yet I managed to have a good relation with him. I mentioned that after every exam I used to solve the question with teachers. He always gave me extra time for that. I started late actually with him and I was within the batch but also not with them. I did separate topic and had separate plan from them as I was lagging behind but i caught them pretty quickly and all thanks to him. He helped me improving my basic and also taught the odd maths that helped me a lot solving test paper. Though I have no connection with him now but still I respect him a lot for the extra help he did to me.

There were many teachers in my school life and I respect them all. But they are my angels in school life and cared me most. School life is the foundation and they all my pillars. I hope I won't forget what they taught me, not only to be a good pupil but also how to be a good man and the other little teaching.

Many of us actually troll teacher. Specially in abroad. Make fun of them from behind. I know some teachers deserves to be trolled but not the disrespects. Everyone has a flaws and being teacher is not an easy thing. The one who stands in front a class knows how hard it is to maintain one, teach all at once, fullfil different needs. No matter what, you are here because they helped a lot to be here. So I humbly request all to respect your teachers😊 and sometimes call them and check them out. Your little call will make them very very happy.
