Please Stop Wasting Food To Celebrate Or Protest
Throwing eggs and flour on someone on his/her birthday or in some festival has become the trend of the cool generation. May be it is one of the things that I hate most. Throwing eggs on someone to make a funny video, yeah it makes this generation pretty cool nowadays and they are very proud of it. Why shouldn't they be?? Dad has money, they use his money to buy eggs. Most probably don't know what hunger is. They don't know what is the value of food.
Foods are blessing for us from God. They gave us food so that we can live healthy. No one can live without food. Only those who struggle to manage a single meal everyday knows the value of food. Most poor countries like ours are the worst sufferers. When it is the birthday of someone, binding him with a rope and throw flour and eggs on him, making a video and put it on social media to get some likes. Only for this fame foods are being wasted.
Not only on birthdays, in many farewells, so called cool kids waste food to celebrate. They don't even care about the value of the food. Specially eggs. One egg is basically a life. Every year million of eggs and tons are flours are wasted to celebrate. What kind of bullshit idea it is I don't know actually. It's actually more big. In foreign countries, I have heard people make prank videos and throw eggs and tomatos on someone's car. Not only that, during protest, eggs are used to throw. Egging on house is also common there. Just think how much eggs and lives are used for fun only. The situation is worse than you think. I have also heard of an festival in Spain where they use tomato. Tons and tons of tomato. The festival name is La Tomatina may be.
Are foods are thing to play?? Have fun?? Where would we be if there were no food on earth?? What would we do huh?? Photosynthesis??? These people doesn't even know how much people die because of hunger each year. Specially I heard about Africa. Famine is acute there. I have seen many many video where people can't get food. I have cried watching a syrian girl offering food to a cameraman as she thought he is hungry to. What pathetic life some people live..
Feel the condition just. Someone starve and some people have funππ. Sometimes I think God has infinite patience or He would have taken action against these kind of people already. Are these only the fact?? They waste food and some sometimes it's very much harmful for them too. The shell of the egg is sharp and many people have eye injure egg. I have learnt news of loss of eyesight also. The sharp broken shell can take away the eyesight.
See the pictures and see. These are because of egg hit their eyes. You know what, many country call it crime and it goes under vandalism and if caught, they will be punished very hardly. Note: In short, vandalism means attacking and doing harm on someone's property. Your body is your property too. Not only that. Stabing face into the cake is also very popular. I don't know why?? It tskes a lot of material to make a cake and you are ruining the food totally.
But do you know how dangerous it is. It can hamper your eyesight. Not only that, some people use sticks on cakes for keeping the balance and make it tight. What will happen when you stab the face on i??. Serious injury can occur.
I know I want to add a lot of things. But I am a bit angry when I remember this. This is not my best writing. I hate it a lot and will hate it for the rest of my lives. If these people celebrated by donating these flours and eggs or other food they waste to neddy people, the world would have become a much more better placeπππ. But wrong education is the result of it. I hope some people will view this post and will get what I am tring to say. If you are one of them, please realize and stop doing these kind of things. If you have child, teach them the value of food, tell them about the condition of those who doesn't get a proper meal for several days. If you see this kind of thing on timeline, protest and tell people to stop. If you don't protest, you are equal guilty also. Hope my word will reach to you. I valued this as an eye-opener to others who waste foods when there are many people out there than can't afford even a single egg for survival.

it's because they get use to do it as part of their habit. I hope they will find it useless and being unfair to those who live in hunger.
Crine branches should track down tgese videos and briught themto judgement...not only wasting food but also their doing falls under vandalism. Only way to cure this sick cool kids

Same thought, the is no fun in wasting food. but peace in donating some food to poor people who ar in need. There's a lot of needy people who will be far more happy if they get a meal from usππ
That's what I think, instead of wasting it, why not donate it to those most in need? But how do you change the mind of a rich kid who has never been in need? It's very screwed up (and you excuse me for the bad expression, but there is no other that can express my frustration).
I kinda know how you are feeling actually, better laws should be applied and these should be judged as crime.. not only wasting food but also this deeds falls under vandalism. Moreover school colleges should show documentary on the current condition among the kids. That may be a good choice cause if a lot of people are agaist it, those kids won't get enough courage to do this kind of work in public
I support your idea, they should make it law, for example offenders must be imprisoned for hours in jail and pay bail, in addition to having hours of talk regarding the famine that is experienced around the world and that they fulfill hours of community work giving of eating low-income people.
To them, they define it as fun. Aside from wasting food, the traces of eggs, tomatoes and cakes on your skin and clothes really takes time to wash it off. They just fall into the trap of inconvenience.
But they don't wash their cloths, may ve throw it towards mom or maid. How would they know how hard it is to get rid of the spots on the cloth. About skin. The cream of the cake is oily and some find it too much irritating removing it.

There so so many people that starved to death in this world, some don't have money to buy some, and some people just throw it or make fun of it just to do something that is not so worth it. It is sad, instead of throwing it and used it to some useless thing, why not just give it to those who needs it, π

yes, specially on big and tall cakes to maintain the balance of the cake. It has become a damn trend. tons and tons of foods are wasted each yesr for celebration
It happens in many country.. it became their tradition already.. but they should take consideration first of those who doesn't have anything on their plate..

The slamming of face in the cake nowadays is becoming popular, and I don't do that to celebrants because I know some cakes has sticks on it and if I do, I would surely inform my customers. For a 4 layered cake I don't put sticks except if it's in tier.. But mostly bakers do it to make the cake stand..
Then you know about the stick thing. I saw the tier ones and thick ones use sticks for the balance of the cake. May be you make cakes,so you knoe bettet. Specially wedding cakes are large tier ones. stabing in wedding is popular too nowaday. Total disasterπ’π’π’

Lol that could work. Still a bit harsh but it could wirk but again, people don't have enough ways to send their helps. You know how some organizations that collect funds are. Even some government organizations do the same
I know it's almost 99 lvl hard to send donation to those area. But atleast they can help who need in their sorrounding. Small parties are one thing. but many big big organisatons also follow the same trends too and they have the ability to help. Look at La tamayina festival. Bruh, waste and waste
Maybe if you got to know someone from that area that had the same goal as you, it would be easier to send out help. Oof that tomato festival. They could have put all those tomatoes in manufacturing which could be sent to other countries, not just to be wasted
