A Memorable Picnic

All of us were super excited for the picnic. Our selected picnic spot was a water park. So we knew that was going to be too much fun. We all arrived at our school very early in the morning with the intention of going to the picnic spot. We all got on the bus to grab our seats. We were almost 50 in number. We were having too much fun. We were crossing the crowded road and entering the field road. It was such a pleasant environment there. There were fields on both sides of the road. We were really enjoying that moment.

The bus was running at full speed. There were the sights of trees and houses, hedges, mills, factories on both the sides of the road. They all appeared to move backward in the twinkle of an eye. The tall trees with green leaves over head presented a very charming view. It looked like a never-ending triumphal arch. I gazed and enjoyed them very heartily. After a short while, the bus arrived at a marketplace. It was the market day. Our road was blocked by the buyers and sellers.

After a short while, the road was clear. Our bus was now running at a great speed. Because we had to reach at the picnic spot before 1 o clock. Suddenly we saw a loaded truck coming from the opposite direction at the full speed. As the bus and the truck were getting nearer, we all got frightened. We apprehended that there might be a head-on collision between them. A terrifying situation was then created inside the bus. Some of us raised a cry of alarm. I also got terrified and held my breath back. However, thank god, we had a hairbreadth escape.

Anyway we reached the destination at 1:30 p.m. and given half an hour time so that our floating suites could take a shower and be ready for real fun. The water park was full of wonderful water rides, such as demon holes, lazy river, ammonia, free fall, loop holes etc. Demonic holes and ammonia were my favorites. The demon's hole was a deep cylindrical water slide that had completely exciting turns and turns and Amazonia was a super-large water slide that took us through an artificially built forest, through the streams in the Amazon rain forests. Gave a sense of passing. In the lunch, we served lip-smacking Punjabi food with sweet Gulmun in sweet. Then, there was a wave pool, besides a beautiful artificial waterfall. In a word we enjoyed a lot at the water park.

At 5 p.m. we were about to checked out at the park. So, teacher started calling roll numbers to ensure everybody ispresent. But suddenly our teachers noticed that one student was missing from the whole group.

So we all started looking for him. We were looking for him in the whole water park. We also informed the authorities that one of our friends couldn’t be found. They immediately announced the news of his disappearance. But he wasn’t anywhere. We were very worried. So there was a tensed moment for all of us.

It was about to 6:30 p.m. but we couldn’t find him anywhere. So we decided to come back from that water park. We were walking towards the bus. Our bus was parked quite far from the water park. So it took us 15 to 20 minutes to reach at the bus. We all got on the bus again. One of us couldn’t be found so everyone was very worried.

As usual our bus started running. We left the park about 7 p.m. The road wasn’t very clear. It was a bit crowded. The bus was moving a lot as the road wasn’t good. Suddenly we heard someone's screaming. Immediately the bus stopped. Everyone was looking around to see who was screaming. Suddenly we saw someone was screaming from the roof of the bus.

Fortunately it was the guy who was missing. He was at the roof of the bus😑

One of our teachers helped him get off the roof of the bus. Then we asked him why he was on the roof of the bus. He told us that he brought a ball so that they can play water vollyball. After reaching there, all become excited and started playing with his ball. Then the ball got stucked onthe roof of the bus and everybody left without helping. So he alone somehow managed to got up on the roof to get the ball but couldn't got down. Since the spot was booked but the school, there was noo ther parties on the parking site. He waited for someone to come but no one was there, his phone was in the bag and couldn't call anyone. So, he lay down on the roof waiting for someone to come and fell asleep. When the bus was moving again, the shaking of the bus woke him up. And that's how it all happened.

That was a memorable day for all of us. Because of all the things happened on that day. At last we were so tensed because of his disappearance. But suddenly it turned into a funny story. Overall it was a enjoyable day for us.
