As we look around the world there is no one with out a cell . Im bot saying that it only have disadvantages it also have advantages.

First let me put light on its advantages

We can easily contact each othet and know that they are ok

We can contact person who is so far away like in another country

We can see each other through video calling

We can text each other

We can record memories

We can manage our routeen

We can record our upcoming dates with organisers

Similarly it also have some disadvantages here i will highlight some of them

We are getting far away from relationships as we spend more time with cell phones rather than giving time to family

We record things or film them on cell phones instead of enjoying that live moment

We talk distant frnd or person inspite of talking to a person sitting next to us

Sometimes we spend many hours just on scrolling

Every single technology have both impacts good and bad its up to us how we use them.
