•1 TBSP SHRIMP PASTE

•1 EGGPLANT,TRIMMED ENDS AND CUT INTO 1 INCH THICKNESS.

•1/2 SMALL KALABASA(SQUASH), CUT INTO PIECES

•2 CLOVES GARLIC, AND MINCED

•1 ONION THEN CHOPPED INTO SMALL

•2 TABLESPOONS OF OIL OR ANY OIL

•2 OR 1/2 CUP OF WATER

•5 OKRA(MUCILAGINOUS), END TRIMMED

•18 PORK BELLY, CUT INTO 1 INCH CUBES

INSTRUCTIONS:

MEDIUM HEAT OF POT, HEAT OIL. PUT THE ONIONS AND GARLIC, AND COOK STIRRING REGULARLY UNTIL SOFTENED.

ADD PORK AND COOK UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED. ADD THE SHRIMP PASTE, AND CONTINUE TO COOK STIRRING UNTIL IT BEGINS TO BROWN.

ADD SQUASH, AND COOK FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES OR UNTIL ALMOST TENDER.

ADD LONG BEANS AND CONTINUE TO COOK

ADD AMPALAYA(BITTER MELON), EGGPLANT, AND OKRA(MUCILAGINOUS).

ADD WATER, AND BRING TO A BOIL LOWER HEAT, COVER AND COOK FOR ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL MEAT IS TENDER, CONTINUE TO COOK FOR ABOUT 4-5 MINUTES OR UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE TENDER YET.

SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER TOO. TASTE SERVE HOT.
