For today's article, we will learn how to make chocolate leche flan.
Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
5 egg yolks
5 tablespoons chocolate powder ( better use a dark chocolate powder and good brand)
4 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons water
Instructions:
1. In the mold put the sugar and melt it over medium heat then add the water, then mix well to make a syrup, then set aside.
2. In a blender puree the condensed milk, chocolate, evaporated milk and yolks.
3. Pour in the mold with the syrup and steam for 60 minutes or until cooked..
4. Refrigerate for few hours before serving.
