And the winner is Mongo!! We have a lot of choices, what to eat and what to cook for lunch. Since I am busy with my work. I ask my kids what they wanted, luncheon meat which is very easy because I'll just fry it. Hotdog omelette which is fried too, corned beef which I will just sauteed. But it turns out that my last option is what they wanted. Haha and that is Mongo. So maybe it's a little late but my stove made it yeah!! I put some chicharon, ampalaya leaves/bitter gourd leaves, I also put some smoked fish. And now while I am feeding Ela here in my working table, may big three are loving it and enjoying while eating.
