Missy's most requested viand! Kids have different favourites, different likes and dislikes. And today I cooked Missy's favourite. Missy is my eldest. She even requested this eggplant omelette on her last birthday, and the other dish she really wants is the mung beans dish. How's your Monday noisefamily? Are you all home? Or not yet? I love it too, it needs enough time to prepare it from grilling to frying but it's taste is so worth it.

Oo sis, nakakamiss na eh. Kasi madalas nakukuha ko dito sa bakuran maliliit lang eh ang gusto nitong chikitings ko yung may hawakan daw hehe kaya eto nung makatiyempo ng malalaki eh torta agad haha

Hehe favourite mo din pala ito sis. Naku kasi naman madalang ako makatiyempo ng malalaki na talong kadalasan maliliit lang kaya hindi kami makapag torta minsan sis.
Ako naman kaya madalang makapagtorta kasi si Bertt lang ang nakain. Mga girls e hindi. 😅
Hehe ayun lang sis. Kaya nga ang iisipin na lang natin eh yung kakainin ng lahat para minsan na din na luto.

Yes dear mhaya you're right it's very healthy. When they were little I used to feed them veggies little by little and get them familiarized with the taste and the names as well. I'm thankful too that up until now they still like it.
