Healing means solving your own problems so you can solve them.
We are all in a quiet struggle that refuses to speak or confess.
This may be because we do not want to acknowledge the fact that we are overwhelmed.
Maybe you were hurt before and someone trampled on you. You may be worried about yourself and your relationship.
You may think that you are not worthy enough.
You can pretend to be strong, but the truth is that you are fighting within yourself and for a long time cannot find the strength in yourself to fix what is broken.
I'll tell you. You can never heal yourself if you don’t acknowledge that you have a problem to work with.
Healing involves removing the wrong things to solve the problem.
