Red Velvet Brownie
Ingredients:
• Unsalted Butter - 150 Gms
• Cooking Chocolate - 150 Gms
• Sugar - 2 Cups
• Egg-4 Nos
• Vanilla Essence-1 Tsp
• Red Food Coloring-3 Tsp
• Maida - 1 1/2 Cups
• Salt-1/2 Tsp
• Baking Powder -1 1/2 Tsp
To Make Cream Cheese Frosting
• Hung Curd
• Vanilla Essence-1 Tsp
• Powdered Sugar-1/3 Cup
• Unsalted Butter- 25 Gms
Method:
• Heat a pan and melt the butter
• Once the butter is melted, add chocolate and stir it continuously
• Cool the mixture completely
• Transfer the contents to a bowl, add sugar and mix well
• Add the eggs one at a time and mix well
• Add the red food coloring and vanilla essence and mix well.
• Add flour, salt, baking powder and stir until fully incorporated.
• Preheat oven to 180C degrees for 10 mins
• Grease a cake tin with butter and line it with butter paper
• Pour the brownie batter into the cake tin and bake for 40 minutes
• Cool completely.
To make the frosting
• In a bowl, add the hung curd/ yogurt, vanilla essence, and powdered sugar and beat until creamy.
• Add butter and beat it again
• Frost the cooled brownies and serve it immediately.
