Potato Cutlet | Cutlet Recipe
INGREDIENTS :
ONIONS
GREEN CHILLI - 2 NOS
GINGER
BOILED POTATO - 2 NOS
BOILED PEAS-400 GMS
SALT - 1 TSP
CHAAT MASALA POWDER - 1/2 TSP
AMCHUR POWDER - 1/2 TSP
GARAM MASALA POWDER - 1/2 TSP
CUMIN POWDER - 1/2 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
CASHEW NUTS
RAISINS
MINT LEAVES
CORIANDER LEAVES
BREAD CRUMBS
OIL
Method :
1. Add onion, green chilies and ginger. Pulse it a few times. Keep it aside.
2. Add boiled potatoes, boiled peas, salt, chat masala powder, amchur powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, few cashew nuts, few raisins, mint leaves and coriander leaves. Grind this.
3. Added pulsed onion, green chili, ginger mixture and pulse it again.
4. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
5. To the mixture add bread crumbs and mix well.
6. Apply little oil to palm and start making patties.
7. Dip the patty in slurry and coat it with breadcrumbs.
8. Refrigerate the patties for 30 mins.
9. Heat the oil.
10. Drop the patties into the oil.
11. Fry them until they are golden brown in color.
12. Serve them hot with some ketchup.
