A healthy man leads a carefree life. He can eat, work and sleep properly. He gets delight in doing everything. It matters little whether he is rich or poor. He passes his time with hearty laugh. An unhealthy man leads an unhappy life. He may have vast wealth, power, name and fame. But all these things fail to make him happy if he is unhealthy. Then all his inspiration of work lessens gradually. He is often in irritating nature. He does not get comfort and delight in anything. He cannot eat and sleep properly. He loses all the amusements of life. He becomes ill both physically and mentally.
One should maintain some rules and regulations to possess good health. One should eat balanced diet. To have a sound health, physical exercise and pollution free environment are essential. Sound sleep and tension free life are also necessary for good health.
Nothing is more valuable than health. It is a great wealth. Everyone should try to maintain good health. If the people of a country are healthy, the country makes much progress.
