Chicken Potato Curry | Yummy Recipe
Ingredients:
To Make Marinate
• Chicken -1 Kg
• Potato - 4 Nos
• Salt - 3 Tsp
• Turmeric Powder - 2 Tsp
• Chilli Powder -2 Tbsp
• Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
To Make Aloo Chicken Curry
• Oil - 2 Tbsp
• Cinnamon
• Clove
• Cardamom
• Fennel Seeds
• Onion - 4 Nos
• Green Chilli -3 Nos
• Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
• Tomato 4 Nos
• Salt - 1/2 Tsp
• Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp
• Cumin Powder -2 Tsp
• Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
• Cooked Aloo Chicken
• Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp
• Coriander Leaves
Method:
1. Wash and clean the chicken pieces and place it in a bowl.
2. To this add peeled and cubed potatoes.
3. Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and mix well.
4. Let them marinate for about 15 mins.
5. To the pressure cooker, add enough water.
6. Add the chicken potato pieces and cook for 4 whistles on medium flame.
7. To a kadai, pour oil, add the whole spices and onions.
8. Once the onion is half cooked, add the green chillies.
9. After the onion has turned golden brown colour add, ginger garlic paste.
10. Now add the tomatoes and required salt.
11. Cook until the tomatoes turns mushy.
12. Now add the coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala.
13. After the raw smell is gone, add the cooked chicken potato along with the stock.
14. Now add kashmiri chilli powder. Cover and cook for 10 mins.
15. Finally garnish with some coriander leaves.

Hahahaha... too many potato are killed through your recipe.This is very bad.But I really love to eat potatoes. Without potato no curry is perfect. Keep killing potato!!!
