Today is another beautiful Saturday so I've decided to share something you can use for breakfast or lunch or dinner.

Pancakes are really nice because they are soft and delicious.  It's also Healthy because it's a blend of protein from the eggs , carbonhydrate From the flour and fat&oil from the butter and vegetables oil.

When I make my pancakes, I make sure I add chopped onion and sliced fresh pepper.

Here Are The Ingredients

  • Plain flour

  • Eggs

  • Evaporated milk (Peak Milk)

  • 2 tablespoons of margarine

  •  Water

  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

  • Sugar ( to taste)

  • Ground Chilli Pepper (to taste)

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onions.

PREPARATION

1. Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar and pinch of salt then mix well

2. Break the egg and pour it into a different bowl add melted butter to it and whisk well.

3. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture, while mixing add the milk to it and mixed well, then add more water and continue mixing till it has a smooth consistency.

4.  Add the onions and pepper to the mixture and mix the whole content well.

That's how I mix the batter for my pancakes,☝️☝️☝️☝️

  1. Set a frying pan over medium heat. Add a few drops of vegetable oil. Just enough to lubricate the frying pan.

  2. When hot, pour some pancake batter into the frying pan. Tilt the pan so that the batter coats the surface of the pan evenly. This should be a very thin coat.

  3. Fry the underside of the pancake for approximately 1 minute, shaking the pan from time to time till the pancake comes loose. You can also loosen it with the spatula. Check the underside to be sure it has browned to your liking, preferably light brown.

  4. Flip the pancake so you can fry the top side as well.

The pancake is done when both sides are light brown.
