Vegetable Salad Roll **
Learn the easy way to make vegetable salad rolls -
Materials:
Lumpia radaparah
320 grams of flour
150 grams of rice husk
Salt 1 tbsp. Tea.
3 cups of oil
2 cups of water
2 eggs
Lettuce leaves
Lumpia Filling:
Oil 1 tbsp. Tea.
Onion crumbs 2 tbsp. Tea.
4 cloves of garlic
Barbati 125 grams
Carrot juice 1/2 cup
Cabbage basket 155 grams
90 grams of papaya
100 grams of minced beef
1/4 cup of water
Shrimp minced 90 grams
Soybean light
Salt
Pepper
Sauce
Brown sugar 4 tbsp. Tea.
Cornflower and a half te. Tea
Soy sauce dark and a half. Tea
Salt 1 tea. Tea.
Beef stock 2 cups
Garlic 4 cells
Method:
Lumpia rapper made:
Mix flour, rice husk and salt in the bowl. Fry for 2 minutes with oil, water and eggs. Cover for an hour.
Heat a frying pan, spread a little oil, turn the pan with 1/4 cup flour and spread the mixture. Turn the pancakes over on medium heat. Make all the pancakes this way.
Filling made:
Heat oil in a pan and add onion and garlic. When soft, add vegetables. Shake and fry for 2 minutes. Fry the meat for another 5 minutes. Cover with water and leave for 3 minutes. Add shrimp, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Shake and fold. Drain the water. Spread and let cool.
Sauce making
Take a saucepan of brown sugar or sugarcane molasses, cornflower, soy sauce, salt. Mix with stock and stir once. When thick, add garlic. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Lumpia roll making:
Spread a lettuce leaf on top of a pancake. Roll with vegetables on top of lettuce leaves. Make all the rolls like this. Serve the roll with the sauce
