Chicken Tikka Roast"

- 1 chicken

- 1 cup of chopped onion

- 1 tablespoon of ginger paste

- 1 tablespoon of onion paste

- 1 tablespoon of garlic paste

- 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder

- Like salt white

- 1 teaspoon of almond paste

- 1 teaspoon of raisin paste

- 1/2 cup of sour yogurt

- Tikka spices 1-2 tablespoons

- Like 1/2 teaspoon of sugar or taste

- 1/2 cup of oil or as needed

- 1 tablespoon of ghee

- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Step:

The whole chicken should be cleaned well and chopped with a chopped spoon. Now with the thread, the bottom of the two legs of the chicken and the two hands should be tied to the body of the chicken. In a pan, marinate the whole chicken with sour curd, salt, tikka masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste, chilli powder, almond paste, raisin paste and sugar for 3/4 hours. Heat oil in a pan and brown the onion pieces and fry the chicken lightly with a little ache. Pour the marinated spices again, cover with a little narcissus, boil a little ache, cook with lemon juice and ghee and take it down ..... Serve garnished as you like.
