Chicken Hot Recipe Kashmiri Spicy Curry
Do you like to go around the restaurant to change the taste? Try it at home - Kashmiri salted chicken of different flavors. Here's an easy recipe to make:
Materials
10 pieces (one chicken)
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 cup milk
10 dried peppers (although this is a salty recipe, you can still add less salt according to your taste)
2/3 large size onions
1 teaspoon garlic paste,
Slightly fried sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
Oil as needed
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
Method
First, cut the chicken into pieces and keep it clean.
Mix turmeric, chilli, black pepper powder, milk and salt with chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, pour it in a meat pot and leave it for another 5 minutes.
Now heat oil in a pan and keep frying with dried chillies. When it is fried for a while, continue to cook with the meat.
After a while, add onion, salt, sugar and vinegar to the chicken meat and cook again. - When cooked, cook the meat with water.
When the meat is boiled and covered with broth, take it out of the oven and serve it with hot rice, bread or parotta.
