Decisions made by people are what makes up history. If you read historical stories, they are all made up of different decisions that individuals have made over time at different points of their lives.
If you take a little moment to reflect on every decision you've made, you'll see that they constitute your history, because if you're asked to share the story of your life, there's no way your stories will be complete without mentioning the different times you made decisions.

These decisions form the topics, chapters and paragraphs in our life stories. We have all made both right and wrong decisions in our lifetime. We sometimes regret the wrong decisions because of the effect it had in our lives.
There are some decisions that the effects lasts for the rest of our lives, some even stay until eternity either right or wrong.
We must always try to ensure that we make the right decisions because some of those decisions do not only affect us, it goes into generations after us.

There's something called the will of God or God's plan. When God created everyone, he had plans for eveyone. He also has timelines for the execution for different sections of His overall plan for our lives.

Some people are always confused on how to know the will of God on decisions they're about to make. Due to this, they make dreadful mistakes which in turn causes pain and regrets. Some people even make assumptions and go ahead with assumptions. These assumptions sometimes work out but other times it fails.

These mistakes could have been avoided by simply looking unto and trusting God for directions.
All through different times in history, God had specific ways of of communicating and leading His children.

Some of the ways He leads His children are:

1. He primarily leads His children by your inner witness, that is He speaks to you by the Holy Spirit in you.

2. He also leads you by an audible voice, that is you hear a physical voice, like a friend just spoke.

3. He also leads by impressions or knowings, that is you just know what to do, you can't explain how you knew, you know that you know what to do.

4. He leads also by dreams, so He shows you what to do or where to go as the situation demands.

5. He also leads by visions, that is it appears like you briefly slept off for a few seconds or minutes, then you quickly see something others cannot see. Sometimes it occurs when you're awake.

These are some of the ways God leads His children, but the primary or most prominent way is by the inner witness which is constant for every Child of God.

There are times where we think that God is taking long to give directions, it'll be very wise of you to keep trusting Him, as sometimes it's just a test to see if you would want to seek for directions else where.

Never reach that point where you start to think that you know what is good for yourself. Sometimes what we think is good for ourselves is bad for us when we take a look at it from God's perspective because He knows the end from the beginning. Only God knows what is actually best for you.

So, for every aspects of our individual lives like choice of career, relationship, where to live, what business to do and other areas of your life. It'll be best if you ask God to lead and guide you into His plan.

When you are in God's plan for your life, there's happiness, success and fulfilments.
