The journey to success is not easy as some think it to be. To be successful, there are so many things that are needed to be done and learnt on the way.
There is no quick fix or formula to success. Success is as a result of creating and offering value for and to people, and there is no formula or shortcut that allows you create value for people overnight or instantly.
To create value for people,it takes a substantial amount of time and it involves a lot of effort, work and resources.
Creating value is a process that involves discovery; you know that when you’re trying to creating a product that will provide value for people, you'll need to try different combinations of designs, methods of operation and features until you get the one that appeals to the people or customers, that is they find value.
In this process of finding the correct value for the people, you would have gone through different times of testing and trials until you finally ascertain on the best method with the best value for the people. This process involves a lot of work, time and resources.
The people who are expecting success without following the process that involves lot of work, time and resources are only dreaming, and I hope they wake up early from their sleep. Success is like an open cheque, you'll decide if you want it, but you must be ready to put in the work needed.

Different ways to ensure that you put in adequate work needed are:
For a start, you'll need to set up a structure that defines and guides your daily activities. This will help you to know what to do. If we take for example companies, you'll see that there's a structure there, there is a resumption time, dress code for each day, break time and other rules. These rules are not put there just for fun or because they want to make life hard for anyone, it is put there so that the workers will have a routine they work with. A lawless place cannot progress. They also understand that it helps to increase the efficiency and productivity of the workers.
It is said that if you fail to plan, you've planned to fail. The role of planning cannot be left out. People who don't plan their day either end up not doing the necessary things or you don't even do anything meaningful for that day, because you left the day to choose what it wants you to do. With this been said, you'll need to learn to plan your day, you can choose to do that either the previous day or in the morning of that day. This helps to give you a sequence of activities and timeline for the completion of each activity.
You also need to make sure you set a timeline for the activities, because if you don't set a timeline, you'll end up not finishing your activities for the day, I've also been a victim of this, and I also know we've been victims of this also. There are days I'll conclude to write an article but end up not doing so because there was no particular time attached to the activity. So, setting a timeline to every activity is very essential to getting things done.
You'll also learn to wake up early every day at a time like 5 AM, to start your daily activities. If you check out the time the successful people wake up, you'll notice that they all wake up early to start their daily activities. They don't wake up late, because they know how much they can achieve during those quiet times in the morning.
Get an accountability partner that you'll need to talk to. The person should be someone that can correct you when you start to relent.
You can also enroll for a course either online or physical, anyhow you think is better. Excellence is much needed when creating value, so you'll need to learn and be certified on the tactics of your business line.
You can also hire a life coach that'll motivate you keep pushing until you get to your desired destination.
Conclusions:
You will become successful when you create and offer value to people. There is no quick formula that leads to sucess.
When people create value, it is sure that success will follow the actions.
Also creating value takes time, resources and hardwork as I have mentioned previously.
To ensure that you do the work needed efficiently, you'll need to have a good structure in place.
