One of the ways to give is by giving to charity that is by donating to charity homes and organizations. These organizations have been set-up by either individuals or individuals in order to cater for the well-being and needs of the less privileged and physically challenged people in the society.
When you donate or give to charity organizations, it doesn't only impact the lives of the people in the charity homes, it also impacts your own life also positively. There are so many people that give to charity not just because they believe or have compassion but also because of the rewards they've noticed in their lives since they started to give to charity.
God is concerned about both the less privileged people and the physically challenged people, so He's always happy when He sees people take up the responsibility of taking care of those people. He's always motivated an encouraged to always provide and favour the donors that is people who give to the charity homes.

How is giving to charity a good thing to start or continue?
1. IT MAKES YOU FEELS HAPPIER
Donating to charity is a major mood-booster. The mere realization that you’re actively involved in helping and improving the lives of others others makes you happier and fulfilled. Due to research conducted, it is identified that there's a link between donating to charity and an increased activity in the part of the brain that enhances pleasure. This proves that it is better to give than to receive.
2 IT STRENGTHENS PERSONAL VALUES
Giving to charity increases your sense of responsibility that is you suddenly start to become compassionate and start to realize that some people depend on you. They depend on you giving to them.
When you have ability or power to improve or empower the lives of others, to some people it feels like it's a privilege, and to some it has become like an obligation or responsibility. Giving is one of the potent ways to enact your own personal values. And this personal values don't leave you.
3. IT INTRODUCES YOUR CHILDREN TO THE IMPORTANCE OF GENEROSITY
When you tell your children stories, you shouldn't just tell them stories of enjoyment, you should be able to tell them of times where you donated or gave to different people. This is a way of making them know that there's something called giving, which they learn to do.
Children, because of their innocent heart, they naturally love to assist and help every other person, they are also very compassionate, so when you teach them to give, you're helping them to develop the habits of giving which they'll not easily forget and they'll possibly pass on to their children and it becomes something that goes from generation to generation.
In teaching your children to give to charity, you can start by encouraging them to save up a little portion o their weekly money with the intention to gather them together and everyone will go together at a time of the year to give them to charity homes. When you do this consistently, it becomes a part of them which they cannot quickly forget, making it a family tradition.
4 IT ENCOURAGES FRIENDS TO GIVE
According to study, it is known that it's easier to influence your colleagues, friends and people within your age group than trying to influence people older than you.
When you give, you don't know who you might be inspiring to also give.
If you're able to influence your friends to give to charity, you can come together to raise up money which will be more than if one person was to give. This helps to create a lasting bond between friends because of similar goals. And through this, you can collectively make a lasting impact in people's lives.
Reaching out to people through gifts as it's special blessing and it's a great one. Is good to give especially to the homeless
