We dig our grave with our teeth. "

Benjamin Franklin - Founding Father of the United States (1706/1790)

Challenging many received ideas arising from New Age education (vegetarian, vegan) such as food business practices, Paleolithic or Paleo-ancestral type nutrition could help prevent diseases of civilization such as obesity and diabetes, and effectively contribute to the awakening of consciousness.

Tongue feeding of goslings

Any liquid or solid substance that we ingest has an effect on our inner state. Their constituent molecules carry information that strengthens or weakens us on the state of our inner state, which resides both in the unconscious - the subconscious - as in the memories engraved in our DNA. Also "we dig our grave or our salvation with the teeth", according to the old Greek adage.

When the melody of our life is no longer in harmony, disease arises. It is "the soul (who) says", which speaks to us and informs us. It is therefore necessary to take care of our three life supports by nourishing them in a fair and adequate way:

. The brain, seat of thoughts which by their toxicity pollute us;

. The heart, seat of the emotions which by their agitation disturb us;

. The intestines, the relay at the bottom of the neurons from the top. In intestines we mean in effect "test", which comes from testa , the head in Italian. The intestines are our guts, an anagram of spirit. The bottom is always the image of the top ... And as eating it resonates "angel", de angelo in Italian - the messenger -, the digestive system must digest, that is to say manage the information it receives. . As long as the subconscious does not differentiate between healthy and unhealthy information - only the supra-conscious does - the information stored down in our intestines will lead to good or bad digestion. And the chronic disease will persist as long as the information that plagues us remains lodged in the subconscious.

Any ingested toxicity - alcohol, tobacco, chemistry, drugs, carbohydrates… - is an illusory dressing for the ailments that cross us. Being healthy in body and mind is about not sending yourself psycho-emotional firecrackers. By consciously consuming the information that nature offers us while respecting its seasonality, we promote our good vibration to the life energy that feeds us.

The hidden message of the liver

One of the major organs contributing to our nutritional health is the liver, which, while belonging to the digestive system, also helps detoxify the body. It is the largest of the abdominal viscera (2% of body mass), and performs the greatest number of chemical transformations among the organs. It contains almost 13% of the amount of blood present in our body.

Its first main function consists in the storage through the blood received of the nutrients brought by digestion, and their transformation into more complex molecules. It thus participates in the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids, such as the transformation of carbohydrates into glycogen in order to gradually release glucose in the blood according to the body's needs, or fatty acids in complex lipid molecules (triglycerides). It synthesizes or breaks down cholesterol, which is a hormone precursor, and participates in the construction of cell membranes.

Its second function is purification in its capacity as a recycling plant for the organism. It is thus in charge of detoxifying the body, by metabolizing alcohol, drugs, medicines ...

Its third function is to synthesize bile by transporting it via bile ducts to the gallbladder, where it is stored (its yellow color comes from bilirubin, the degradation product of red blood cells).

Overall, it performs more than 300 vital functions. It is one of the rare organs to regenerate naturally. Quite naturally, its importance in the healthy functioning of the organism is found in the keys of wisdom given by the myths to the human being.

The myth of the Titan Prometheus is that of the metaphor for bringing knowledge to men. It is one of the recurring myths of the divine messenger who dares to rebel to steal against the advice of the gods the sacred fire of Olympus, symbol of knowledge, in order to offer it to humans and allow them to learn *. In this way, it is also evocative of the hybris, the mad temptation of Man to measure himself against the gods and thus to rise above his condition, an unequivocal message from the predatory corpus ...

According to some Greek or Latin versions, Prometheus is punished for his audacity and chained to a rock (or crucified according to others), condemned by Zeus to be chained naked to a rock in the Caucasus mountains, where an eagle comes to devour him liver every day. His suffering thus becomes infinite, because every night his liver grows back. Heracles (Hercules) delivers him during his twelve labors, but in order not to derogate from the oath of Zeus who had sworn that the Titan would remain chained forever in the Caucasus, Prometheus had to wear throughout his life an iron ring from his chains , attached to a piece of stone from the Caucasus ...

The lance of Longinus

From the name of the legionary soldier carrying it, who became Saint Longinus in the Roman Church, the spear is that of human destiny, which symbolizes the difficulty of the individual candidate's journey in the service of Others and no longer of himself. The Stations of the Cross of Christ is a metaphor for all the initiatory trials - represented by the "fifteen stages" of the Passion - that the human being experiences through the death of his ego in his path of ascension of consciousness. The lance of Cassius Longinus, by piercing the flan of Christ in the liver, symbolizes the pouring out of the body of all the emotional - and therefore cellular - memories accumulated during earthly life.

The cup, which according to legend collected the blood of Christ, is the Holy Grail. The Grail represents all of these memories of incarnation which are resolved before our change of dimension. It is the image of freed beliefs, leaving room for Knowledge.

A program of "back door disinformation" concerning GMOs - the famous genetically modified cereals - creates a situation of tension between the "pro-GMOs" and the "anti-GMOs", thus preventing the two camps of access the hidden truth. This "smokescreen" pretext for incessant parochial quarrels is simply intended to divert the human being from an obviousness, namely that the cereals, that they are "GMO" or "Organic", raw or cooked - like other seeds and legumes elsewhere - are highly toxic to the human body.

This delayed effect poisoning is not only due to chemicals - although they contribute greatly - but is linked to the presence of glucose - in all its possible configurations such as: carbohydrates, glutens, dextroses, starches. . present in breads, pasta, rice, and certain vegetables such as potatoes, beans, beans, lentils, etc. - which, during meals, combined with animal proteins (meat, fish, etc.), prevent the the whole digestion / absorption process to take place normally and profitably.

This process of poisoning gently, silent and with a delayed effect, then spreads over many years, until gradually generating toxic foci in the body responsible for all kinds of diseases, mainly autoimmune diseases.

Insidious mental programming

The American biologist Bruce H. Lipton explains in his book The biology of beliefs the reason for the fabrication of false beliefs, in this case on the food level: "... However, our new understanding of the mechanisms of the universe reveals to us how the intangible mind can affect the physical body. Thought, this energy of the mind, directly affects how the brain controls physiology. The "energy" of thought can activate or inhibit cellular production of proteins by the mechanics of constructive and negative interference ...This means that by directing the energy of someone's thought, more precisely by programming their beliefs through thought manipulation, it is possible to activate or inhibit the cellular production of the proteins necessary for a telomerase * balanced.

An unnatural diet

The robotic warehouse salad

Our agricultural future would no longer pass through the fields but through urban warehouses where we cultivate vertically with robots § This is called hydroponics, an Artificial Intelligence technique in full development. If we only cultivate there for the moment certain plants such as tomatoes, salads, aromatic herbs or flowers, as much to say that they participate in the end of the " good taste of the soil". In a new type of farm, this culture is coupled with a total robotization which replaces humans - so there is no longer any "manual picking" -, but also fully manages the necessary inputs of nutrients and mineral salts. Obviously, a uniform and sanitized product is obtained ...

At a time when the disappearance of many farms and agricultural lands raises the question of the end of our landscapes as the cement of our civilization, this kind of exploitation contributes to the trivialization of products, to the sanitization of crops, to the disappearance of the work force. A real dream of a researcher who turns into a nightmare, the one seeing agriculture lost in mechanization, chemistry and now robotics.

If some informed researchers have been able to put their finger on this truth, they are struggling to be heard, as the beliefs in place resist, not to mention the lack of interest of the mainstream media in relaying this information, contrary to the interest of lobbying the 'agro-business.

In fact, after the discovery of cooking and since the advent of agriculture (c. 10,000 BC), humans have learned to cultivate and consume cereals and vegetables. But this technique of cooking food from environmental products, supposedly transmitted to humans by Mother Nature, was deliberately aimed at getting them around the Laws of Nature, in order to feed on substances - such as seeds, grains, legumes, tuberculosis and others - naturally unfit for consumption. Indeed, this kind of food in its natural state - that is to say raw - is indigestible for the human organism. Some are even toxic to his digestive system because they contain inhibitors of digestion or anti-nutritional factors. For example, some of the enzymes, proteins and lectins (such as prolamins and agglutinins) contained in cereals and seeds, are the plant's defense against its predators (including humans). These substances are believed to discourage their consumption, thus giving the plant a chance to "reproduce". Thus cereals, certain seeds, and many vegetables produce anti-nutritional factors capable of destroying the enzymes and proteins essential for digestion, even thus preventing the assimilation of other foods by man.

Humans are predominantly omnivorous, that is to say that they can practice a diet comprising both foods of plant and animal origin. However, they cannot assimilate cellulose, a carbohydrate made up of a linear chain of D-Glucose molecules. This is the main constituent of plants, and in particular of the wall of their cells. However, it is useful for the proper functioning of the intestines, in the form of vegetable fibers, but in small quantities. Herbivorous animals generally use enzymes of exogenous origin, ie produced by certain bacteria of the intestinal flora to digest cellulose. These enzymes are not possessed by man.

Advances in agriculture, industry and genetics have therefore made it possible to modify certain plants to make them not only edible for humans, but above all ... marketable! Edible does not mean in any case correctly assimilable and beneficial for the human organism, these foods resulting from industrial agriculture "GMO" or labeled "BIO", even cooked, containing toxic substances or harmful for the human organism. And these substances are none other than sugars, whatever their forms or configurations: gluten, carbohydrates, glucose, starches, etc.

Agricultural emotional manipulation

Over the course of "progress in modern techno-chemical agriculture", contemporary cereals and vegetables on which we feed, even organic, have become over-saturated with gluten, sugars, heavy carbohydrates and fibers (cellulose). Contrary to what contemporary dietetic propaganda suggests, the modern diet is far from being provided with fats and proteins useful for an optimal and balanced telomerase.

Thus humans are programmed to gain weight, generate cravings, mood disorders, cognitive disorders, heart attacks, mental disorders and "diseases of civilization" such as cancer, osteoporosis and metabolic syndromes (diabetes, diseases of Crohn's, multiple sclerosis, etc.).

The impact of all these substances and hormones added to food is naturally the subject of studies in terms of their impact on behavior, and therefore on the emotional level of human beings. For what purpose? No one will be surprised at the calf scandals with hormones of the 90s, followed by other human aberrations such as mad cow disease (bovine spongiform encephalopathy epidemic), Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (its human form), dioxin chickens and eggs, etc. These scandals have been insidiously allowed to be exposed in order to offend the consumer and manipulate their emotions. As usual, it was a question of diverting the consumer's attention from a scheme, in this case military-scientific,

At the time, the livestock industry used somatropin (or somatropin), a growth hormone intended to accelerate the meat yield of the calf. The same hormone was used by some athletes to increase their aggressiveness and speed. Synthetic derivatives of this hormone have been introduced into certain vaccines intended for special armed forces, in order to neutralize their thinking capacity, but also to increase their strength and recklessness. Still today, these somatropin derivatives are used in veterinary medication intended for the industrial sector. They are therefore found in the butcher's meat that people buy in supermarkets and become harmful to the human organism, as soon as they are ingested in too large quantities. When such meat is eaten daily, it acts on the human endocrine system. Not only do consumers adopt psychotic behaviors (confused thoughts, false beliefs, changes in moods and behavior, sometimes even hallucinations, etc.), thus inhibiting their intellectual and cognitive faculties, but they also render themselves totally incapable of opening up effectively their awareness and intuition, and even in the long term, can develop degenerative nervous diseases.

To compare the effects of this "meat to hormones" program, it was necessary for institutions to assess a population not subject to the influence of synthetic growth hormones. Thus was set up the "labeled BIO" intended for a category of carnivorous and vegetarian guinea pigs, consuming products free of chemicals and hormones. By revealing the harmfulness of industrial meat through the alternative "organic" literature, this sample group made it possible to observe its behavioral and emotional reflexes, and the evolution of its collective unconscious, in order to be able to compare the functioning of the human emotionality of this group compared to other groups.

As for the typical vegetarian-raw-eating profile, not eating meat and not subjected to the effect of growth hormones, it represents the inflexible "pure and hard" vegetarians, called vegans, who, insidiously, have been programmed to react emotionally and violently. to the consumption of animal proteins, under the effect of the feeling of guilt inserted. W hen we know that animal proteins and certain vitamins (such as A, B12 and K) are virtually absent from plants, and that they are essential for the good accomplishment of telomerase, how can eating raw and vegetarian regenerate? efficiently our cells and respond in the long term to the physiological needs of our organism?

All these studies hidden from the general public have no other objective than to serve to elaborate the genetic program of the next humanity, which after the great "Transition" *, will repopulate the planet. As at the start of each new cycle in 3rd dimension under the control of the involutive predatory corpus, these mutant humans will again have to be genetically programmed, to remain docile and malleable, in order to respond without too much resistance to the program of the New World Order. .. .

The lure of superfoods

What is called a "superfood" is a food very rich in nutrients (vitamins, minerals, fatty acids or antioxidants), which make it exceptionally good for health. However, superfoods ( fruits, spices, seaweed with exotic names, etc.)have become a full-scale, money-making scam! And quite "naturally" the big food industry got involved, pocketing billions with expensive products, which very often bring almost nothing ... when they do not turn out to be toxic! This is among others the case of chlorella and spirulina algae, among the best known. However, these nutrients are in a form that is poorly assimilated by your body. in fact, the vegetable iron of chlorella and spirulina is not the same as the animal iron of meat or fish. Vegetable iron is an oxidized form, of which the body absorbs only 5% to 10%, against 25% for meats. As for the vitamin A of these algae, it is actually beta-carotene, a precursor of true vitamin A. Almost 45% of the population absorb beta-carotene poorly, which does not make it a reliable source of vitamin A. On the other hand, their vitamin B12 is almost useless because it is almost inactive! Their ability to bind to heavy metals to supposedly remove them from the body is called into question by a number of laboratory analyzes, which show that these two algae are often themselves contaminated by ... heavy metals (presence of aluminum, tin, arsenic, lead and even mercury in dozens of samples)! Finally, some samples analyzed were contaminated with toxins and pathogenic bacteria. their vitamin B12 is almost useless because almost inactive! Their ability to bind to heavy metals to supposedly remove them from the body is called into question by a number of laboratory analyzes, which show that these two algae are often themselves contaminated by ... heavy metals (presence of aluminum, tin, arsenic, lead and even mercury in dozens of samples)! Finally, some samples analyzed were contaminated with toxins and pathogenic bacteria. which show that these two algae are very often themselves contaminated by… heavy metals (presence of aluminum, tin, arsenic, lead and even mercury in dozens of samples)! Finally, some samples analyzed were contaminated with toxins and pathogenic bacteria. which show that these two algae are very often themselves contaminated by… heavy metals (presence of aluminum, tin, arsenic, lead and even mercury in dozens of samples)! Finally, some samples analyzed were contaminated with toxins and pathogenic bacteria.

Another suspected "superfood" that may pose a problem is coconut oil, propelled to superfood status with the hype of the ketogenic diet, the fad diet without carbohydrates and high in fat for overweight, diabetes, cancer, disease. 'Alzheimer's… The one that is often recommended on a ketogenic diet contains over 90% saturated fat, far more than butter. It is one of the most difficult fats to burn, slowing down the metabolism and making you gain weight more easily.

The danger of cow's milk

Milk has always been presented, according to multiple studies, as the safety food par excellence. With top scientists setting standards to ensure the best in nutrition, it's no wonder doctors themselves believe it. No one will be surprised that dairy products (especially in the form of ice cream, yoghurts, cheeses and other derivatives) are the subject of massive promotion in the food industry *, yogurts being presented as the panacea. for the intestine by supplying quantities of calcium, while the lactose in dairy products stimulates the absorption of calcium by the intestine,

However, a number of studies initiated by doctors, hygienists and researchers consider cow's milk to be harmful and responsible for many pathologies, showing that those who consume the most milk and calcium have an increased risk for men. pathologies such as prostate cancer and for women that of ovarian cancer such as joint inflammation that we see in rheumatoid arthritis ( milk contains 300 times more casein than breast milk). And among dairy products, yoghurts pose the most problems, such as competing with vitamin D, a weapon available to our body to prevent the onset of cancer. What's more, milk contains male hormones (androgens), and is believed to be involved in prostate cancer and prostate enlargement. Even butter could put you at a high risk of lung cancer according to a 2007 World Cancer Research report. Growth hormones in cow's milk are actually intended for the calf, not for humans. of which it contributes to disrupt the very sensitive mechanism of the hormonal system! If lThe specific proteins contained in animal milk have the function of transmitting the information necessary for the development of ossein (net on the cartilage that retains minerals), these proteins are adapted exclusively to the calf and are therefore completely inoperative on the human being, even causing cysts, indurations, parrot beaks and other stones. Likewise, since dairy products contain too much calcium and phosphorus, they lead to the depletion of nerve and muscle cells with all the problems that follow.

There are other good sources of calcium, which include calcium mineral water, cruciferous vegetables, sardines, almonds.

The reality is that milk nowadays comes from "super cows" capable of producing almost 50 liters of milk per day, fed with substantial levels of antibiotics capable of destroying our intestinal flora and weakening our immune system, as well. than high amounts of a protein called IGF-1, the strong arm of growth hormone, a substance that stimulates the proliferation of all cells, both good and bad. However, the IGF-1 of cattle and that of men are identical. The milk which results from it can make us fat, if of course it is consumed in excess, and especially to contribute to the development of cancers, in particular lymphatic cancers (it kills more than breast, prostate, pancreatic and genital cancers combined). In addition, the concentration of hormones contained in milk is high, each drop of milk containing 59 different hormones such as estrogens, progesterone, prolactin ...In fact, milk is a food totally unsuitable for human as it raises blood cholesterol and blood fats as it contains cholesterol and polyunsaturated fats. Too rich in protein, dairy products are one of the main causes of osteoporosis in the elderly. In addition to all these problems, milk presents a real trash, the cow concentrating all the pesticides, herbicides and poisons that are contained in the grass or the granules that she eats ...

Animal emotional manipulation

For many individuals with a deep desire for spiritual fulfillment, eating meat appears to go totally against this path. In addition to poisoning their bodies, they think that they will poison their souls by making themselves heavier and lowering their vibratory rate if they eat the flesh full of suffering and adrenaline of a being they consider to be. their alter-ego. It seems obvious to them that the future of an individual in search of truth, of spirituality, aspiring to connect with divine energies, goes hand in hand with vegetarianism or veganism. The act of predation of the human being on Nature obeying according to them certainly to old beliefs, changing these as the mode of food could surely contribute to put an end to the supposed harmful influence of humans until predation between animals, the latter being also supposed to respond to our beliefs ... By dreaming of a world where each being would no longer need physical food, they imagine that most conflicts could end. This is why many of them do not hesitate to provoke the "meat eaters", by asking them if they are not ashamed to eat "dead animals" or even "the corpse", and maintain the imagine that most conflicts could end. This is why many of them do not hesitate to provoke the "meat eaters", by asking them if they are not ashamed to eat "dead animals" or even "the corpse", and maintain the imagine that most conflicts could end. This is why many of them do not hesitate to provoke the "meat eaters", by asking them if they are not ashamed to eat "dead animals" or even "the corpse", and maintain the countless situations of distress, mistreatment, agony and brutal death of animals. Thus they issue a judgment, an accusation bordering on a conviction, feeling a certain disgust towards those who consume animal flesh ... They respond in this way typically to the operation of division and passionate exacerbation that the predatory system established to feed and lead the human astray in his true awakening of consciousness. Their commitment, however generous and ethical it seems, is in reality a dead end. It is irreparably doomed to failure for its deluded followers who not only maintain their defending body in the enslaving system, but moreover are manipulated as to the right means allowing them to succeed in their spiritual quest, of which the meat diet is part. . Luttering to the point of "dying" is not one of the most scalable options for soul development. Quite the contrary!

In our reality of the 3rd dimension under the control of the entropic system which governs us from the 4th dimension *, everything carries within it its two polarities +/-, the animal as the human being. We are therefore all carriers. So chasing a prey, jumping on it, planting its claws in its flesh, putting it on the ground, killing it and then tearing and devouring it, both literally and figuratively, is written into our manipulated genetics. To accept and recognize him is to embark on the path of his liberation. As long as we do not contact this predatory reality inconceivable to our deluded ego, we remain a prisoner of the Involving Matrix.

It is essential to understand that psychopaths are in power, their main characteristics being the exercise of their power and money, the constant quest for their strengthening and preservation, and the pleasure of the suffering of others. With agriculture, they achieve both of these goals. They succeed in transforming the whole population into "drug addicts", literally the living dead who want to pay for the drugs which destroy them. By doing so they obtain the power, the money and the suffering of others. From a psychopathic point of view, farming is great ... This is how they conceived the programming of the guilt attachment to vegetarianism / veganism and organic, masking the continuity of the ingestion of hidden carbohydrates in new forms, the "classic" industrial form being denounced more and more for its proven harmful effects. Even fruits and vegetables stamped "Organic" are just as saturated with sugars (carbohydrates and fructoses), and participate in the maintenance of human beings in their sleep and degeneration.

The industrial reality of "organic"

Two elements are of concern in this period. The political authorities have indeed modified the regulation of European organic farming, the parliamentarians having decided (definitively adopted on May 22, 2018) to change a simple word in the regulation ... which will allow in particular to transform the small organic henhouses into gigantic machines to make eggs. On the other hand, by buying certain organic products, we are actually financing large industrial groups. If organic farming is real progress for our health and for the planet, this label is not always a guarantee of healthy food and respect for nature.

Because with a turnover of more than 8 billion euros in France in 2017, and a growth of more than 17% compared to the previous year, the craze for organic continues to grow. More than 9 out of 10 French people say they have already consumed organic products, and nearly ¾ consume organic regularly, 16% even consuming daily *. This is why such a juicy business attracts the food industry like flies, all the major brands are getting involved, from Carrefour to Intermarché via Super U, Lidl or Aldi, at the risk of erasing the foundations. ethical to reduce prices. Because in the long term, prices are always pulled too low, this has always been the policy of large and medium-sized stores.

In his essay Les tambours de Gaïa woke up , published in November 2013, Dominique Guillet, founder of the Kokopelli association which distributes seeds, free of rights and reproducible, from organic farming and biodynamic farming, and this in order to preserve seed and vegetable biodiversity, launched a paving stone in the pond: "In Europe and in North America, most of the distributors of organic food were bought up by the big cartels of the food industry: Nestlé, Cargill, Coca-Cola, etc. In France, for example, Lima and Danival were bought by Hain Celestial, in the USA, behind which hides the money of Monsanto, Walmart, Philipp Moris, City Group and Martin Lockeed. In France again, buy Bonneterre organic products, Bjorg, Evernat, Allos, de Tartex, Alter Éco… it is participating in the prosperity of the Dutch Royal Wessanen, one of the major European groups in the food industry. "

He also affirms that in France again, 95% of organic vegetables marketed are produced from seeds of F1 hybrid varieties, created by the big industrialists of agronomy, this means that the organic consumer, for example, has a "chance. "out of two buying an organic" Monsanto / Bayer / Syngenta "melon since these three chemical groups have half of the 250 varieties of melons listed in the national catalog of the GNIS ( National Interprofessional Group of Seeds and Plants). For their part, Coca-Cola took shares in Innocent in 2009 (an English company created in 1999, owner of a drink brand known for its smoothies) , and Danone swallowed Stonyfield Farmin 2009, the American organic yogurt specialist. As for Monoprix, it bought the Naturalia organic stores the same year.

This industrial monopoly sees companies swallow or be swallowed, and take care of their sustainable image like the low cost company Transavia, a 60% subsidiary of the Air France KLM group, which now offers a range of Fairtrade / Max Havelaar products. "The organic hypermarket has become the commercial laboratory of the future", denounces Richard Marietta, president of Nature & Progrès, a very demanding historic organic label (created even before the appearance of the AB logo). In reality, a laboratory of the future in which everything will be privatized, down to the color of tomatoes which will become… paying off! This is how the major European seed companies decided to privatize the color of tomatoes, being now able to buy the right to use, in addition to the color of a tomato, the sweetness of an onion or the natural virtues of tomatoes. 'an eggplant. This is what the decision of the European Patent Office confirms by now granting multinationals the right to patent non-genetically modified organisms, making the natural properties of plants commodities like any other. And since access to patented traits is chargeable, all small producers who cannot pay will be out of the game, or taken to court and ordered to pay royalties. This is only the beginning of the nightmare ...

Our modern civilization is entirely built on sugar, its trade, and therefore on the excessive consumption of glucose. Of course, science attached to the medical and pharmaceutical lobbies refutes this theory since, according to it, the supply of glucose through food is essential for the physiology of the organism. But this one is able to metabolize the quantity of glucose which it needs by drawing only on the fatty mass of the body. Also the fat intake during the ingestion of animal meat constitutes the only glucose supply necessary for the balance of our vital functions.

It is only since agriculture and the culinary arts transformed cereals that, willy-nilly, the human organism has had to adapt by developing a certain tolerance to these sugars *. It is therefore also through food, by dint of eating all kinds of sugar, that human genetics have been altered, the natural process of cell regeneration being made impossible. On the contrary, essentially carnivorous individuals produce very little insulin, since their organism is not called upon to fight against an influx of glucose in the blood.

In fact, glucose acts as a kind of protein oxidant. It has the ability to destroy the protein chains of telomeres. It is therefore not the meat that is at the origin of the aging of the organism, but the consumption of glucose, slow sugar, gluten, starch ... which is found in certain cereals, vegetables and all derivatives. : condiments, sauces and seasonings which conceal it in a more or less large quantity.

It is essentially for this reason that "naturally" man fed on herbivorous animals, which are capable of digesting, assimilating and transforming sugars, starches, glutens and other enzymes, to make them assimilable by their predator (among others human). It is also for this reason that predatory carnivorous animals mainly prey on herbivorous animals. Their natural instinct encourages them to feed mainly on animals that feed on plants. It is simply the principle of the cycle of life, which says, "For something to live, something must die."

Manipulative lobbying

It is a health affair which, like that of cigarettes, dates back to the 1960s and caused a stir in the United States following the revelations of the "New York Times". Internal sugar industry documents have just been updated by a professor of medicine at the University of California and published in the prestigious Journal of the American Medical Association (Jama). They bring to light five decades of corruption of renowned scientists, occupying high-level positions in the American administration, with the power to decide public health policies in matters of nutrition. These Harvard professors, grouped together in the Sugar Research Foundation, received the equivalent of $ 50,000 today to create a diversion from the dangerousness of sugar, its role in the development of obesity and heart disease, and to blame it on saturated fat. If the scandal dates back to 1967, more recent studies show that this lobbying has not stopped and that it is still as effective as public health prescriptions continue to incriminate fats rather than sugar.

Last year, the "New York Times" also revealed that Coca-Cola continues to pour millions of dollars to fund researchers, always with the aim of weakening the cause and effect links between sugar and obesity. And last June, it was the American agency Associated Press which revealed that the sugar manufacturers were funding studies arriving at the conclusion that children who ate sugar weighed less than those who did not ...

Failure to respect the principle of life

A source of energy, and therefore information, whatever its form, is always transformed on the one hand into biomass, in the form of DNA containing information, and on the other into energy. / consciousness, which allows this biomass to grow, mutate, grow or move in its environment. It is therefore "Universal Energy" which is Information, which produces on the one hand biomass / matter, and on the other hand the consciousness necessary for its evolution.

In her Dialogues with the Angel , Gitta Mallasz said: " The Angel - the Consciousness - is our vivifying part and" WE "- the biomass / matter - are its vivified part. "

All life forms in a density universe consume energy / information drawn from the biomasses of "lower" densities and consciousnesses. In other words, they all, without exception, consume physical and psychic energy from other forms of life - just as trans-dimensional predators do with humans *.

Herbivorous animals feed on grasses and plants, which constitute the strongest terrestrial biomass possessing a form of primary consciousness (it contains DNA). But the plant's form of consciousness is reduced to its reproduction, its mode of survival and its means of defense. Thus herbivores, by consuming plants, refuel with this "green" biomass in order to build their own biomass - bone structure and muscles - and increase their form of consciousness / intelligence by "accumulating" this new information in their DNA.

In the same way that carnivorous animals eat herbivores to increase their biomass and evolve their consciousness, humans should favor animal proteins from animals already endowed with some form of consciousness. This not only to build up their body mass and increase the energy of their own consciousness, but also to offer killed animals serving as food to humans the possibility of also crossing higher dimensions of existence and changing kingdom, in the chain of natural evolution. It's all about conscience ...

Biological functioning

It is since the dawn of time, that intuitively - because of its omnivorous genetics * - that modern man, Homo-sapiens sapiens, has fed on flesh from herbivorous animals, in order to provide his organism with proteins that can be synthesized by its own biology.

Since the human body was not designed to efficiently synthesize proteins from plants, these herbivorous animals on which it ate were somehow - and still are - responsible for synthesizing plant proteins in its place, for them. transform into animal proteins that are much more easily assimilated by the human body. This needs it to satisfy the biochemical process occurring in the transcription of DNA into messenger RNA during telomerase (see image for its mechanism).

It is for this same reason that herbivorous animals are a natural part of the human food chain and that, normally, humans should only feed on herbivorous animals, never on carnivorous animals.

An animal protein which, so to speak, has been doubly modified or synthesized, degrades in the form of pathogenic prions and becomes toxic, for a herbivorous or omnivorous organism (this was for example the case of animal meal distributed to cattle at the time of the big scandals of Creutzfeldt-Jakob diseases and bovine spongiform encephalopathy). In addition, the telomeres responsible for good chromosomal replication need protein substances, almost impossible to find among plant proteins, even if there are some rare exceptions. These in fact prevent them from unraveling and losing genetic sequences during mitosis (during cell duplication). We can thus understand the primordial stake of nutrition - the nutrients - as for the quality of the energy of life which passes through the chromosomes and more specifically the mitochondria * ², elements necessary and inescapable to the functioning of the constituent cells of our genetics. Between a nutrition rich in lipids (fats) and another rich in carbohydrates (sugars), the energy production process is not the same, the second generating much more waste and therefore disturbances (weighting and clogging) for the good balance of the organism.

Our body is made up of billions of cells. In each cell, there are 23 chromosomes that contain all of our genetic code. Scientific advances have made it possible to establish the link between the length of telomeres and the state of health and aging of human beings, especially through the effects of stress. As the protective ends of the chromosomes that contain all of our genetic code, pthe longer the telomeres, the more DNA is protected, allowing the cell resulting from cell division to reproduce easily. Conversely, the shorter these are, the more the cell becomes senescent, which causes great disturbances in the body which is led to age by the death of cells prematurely *. To illustrate this, it suffices to draw the parallel with a shoe lace. This has at each of its ends a small plastic protection so that it does not fray. When this protection is gone, the lace is damaged, unraveled and shortened. Likewise, telomeres are caps made up of a chain surrounded by protein, which protects each end of the chromosome so that its constituent DNA is not damaged during cell division. Telomeres contribute to the secret of longevity!

However, the shortening of telomeres is not inevitable, especially if the human being protects himself from the stress which contributes greatly to it. Not the "good" stress, able to stimulate the activity of the person and strengthen his health, vitality and performance. But if the person tends to ruminate and expect the worst, then aging speeds up as their telomeres are shortened. Likewise, the lack of physical activities, an unnatural diet or one lacking in proteins and vitamins, sugar and consequently being overweight, reduce telomeres and affect health. Just like depression, the interference of toxic and chemical substances - pesticides, aluminum, heavy metals (lead, cadmium), smoking and alcoholism… -, a difficult entourage or environment (violence), loneliness without companionship and support, shorten telomeres, causing disease and premature aging. These elements very often stem from a difficult childhood without emotional security and subject to direct and indirect violence, which, because they were not made aware and deprogrammed, led to adulthood a difficult life full of addictions and suffering.

This results in the need to lead a healthy life, in terms of nutrition * ², the quality of its environment and its behavioral practices (practice of physical exercises, relaxation and meditation, self-observation and perspective, group support, belonging to a solidarity network). It is full awareness of Who We Really Are, not genetically programmed automatons to manifest violence, fear, insecurity, heightened emotions, selfishness ... but human beings determined (finally) to evolve to recover their true creative powers inspired to sublimate the material and no longer pervert it!

Also, even if this must go against the firmly established beliefs, the "vegetarians" and other "vegans", manipulated to their detriment by the New Age good conscience "Love and Light" aiming to give the animal a developed soul and to make people feel guilty. the one who eats it, simply refuse to accept their true predatory nature which has been conferred on them by the Laws of Universal Balance in this dimension of reality that is 3-D, where for something to live , something else must die. They are the ones who try to save the world, without even knowing how it works ... And the one who refuses to admit his predatory nature - in all senses of the word -, will be unable to change dimension of consciousness, leads to remain capped in the 4th dimension of existence *. If this fundamental principle of life is not accepted, and even if they do their utmost to become good kind, generous, all "love and light", their evolution will stop there ... The fact that the Life Demands Sacrifice has deep spiritual ramifications, providing us with a lesson in how we serve Creation, The Creator, and His creatures. Everything eats and everything is eaten, the perpetual sacrifice of one thing creating life for another. Assuming our ability to "kill" frees us from the guilt of holding this predation program encoded in our human DNA. By being infinitely grateful for the role embodied by the spirit of the eaten animal, we can then "

Dogmatic programming

New Age conditioning consists in making believe that the human being, having neither long sharp canines nor sharp claws, cannot be predatory. He can then do without eating animal flesh, his digestive system is absolutely not designed to digest meat. It would thus be vegetarian by nature ... If the fact that we can do without eating meat is partially true, it generates almost irreversible protein deficiencies. Another deception taught, the belief that vegetarians and vegans are less aggressive, more in harmony with nature, that they live better, in better health and longer than the rest of the population ... No scientific study proves it.

This dogmatic programming also claims that the proteins necessary for our development are contained in plants, which is also partially true. But the programmers of veganism are careful not to specify that we would have to swallow 15 times more plants to obtain the equivalent amount of animal proteins, so that our body can optimally synthesize the proteins specific to telomerase *, necessary for the quality of our vitality. Indeed, a weakened telomerase is an indicator of disease, senescence (aging), and an exaggerated telomerase is a sign of cancer. It is only "spiked meat" and products derived from the supermarket that in excess can be the cause of certain cardiovascular diseases, endocrine-metabolic diseases, hypercholesterolemia and many more. It is absolutely not the natural meat itself that is harmful to the body ...

The evolution of humanity through the consumption of meat

According to British adventurer and journalist Bruce Charles Chatwin (1940/1989) in The Songlines , humans and felines lived together during an ice age. Chatwin was based on the South African paleo-anthropologist Charles Kimberlain in his book The Hunters or the Hunted. Hominid remains found in caves in the Sterkfontein Valley show the presence of large predators and Homo-erectus remains, demonstrating that there was an evolutionary jump at a time of extreme cold. The consumption of meat and the acquisition of fire marked a great turning point for humanity. Intelligence increases and technology appears. As Brain points out, it is the consumption of meat that differentiates humans from monkeys, and this change of habit is life-changing: hunting involves cooperation in a group, division of labor, sharing of life. food, use of tools, etc.

This transition to a meat diet was an exchange of souls. “ Even herbivores consuming plants make a sacred exchange of souls. ” This exchange was a “sacred contract,” because “ no animal soul can be taken against its will. It was a gift that the lions gave to men at that time. ”Unfortunately, because we are jeopardizing the entire ecosystem, we are no longer honoring this exchange. There was a very deep bond between humans and animals, because when they hunted, they had to put themselves in the animal's shoes, anticipate its movements. The hunter therefore develops a relationship of sympathy with the animal he kills *.

The question of an interaction between early humans and felines is a detail of a much larger picture. We are just not the first intelligent race on this planet.

Human genetics and trans-dimensional genetics

Diet partly determines the "physical" issue of the genome, directly influencing the "physical appearance" of galactic races whose entities are endowed with genetics of their own. This is why, of the entities that make up what we call our present civilization, many - more than half - are not full humans. They are called "organic portals" and hybrids (trans-dimensional entities) *. This is the case of individuals who have stopped eating, the "respiriens" or adepts of inedia (also called "pranism"), consisting in the total abstention from food and drink for several weeks, months or years. .

These individuals posing as authentic humans have been bequeathed and implanted genetic codes by certain trans-dimensional entities, allowing them to manufacture their own energy by synthesis of light to survive in 3rd density, without feeding on food. solid. They can thus use a photosynthesis-type genetic program to obtain energy, consisting of a chemical operation by which living cells manufacture the various energetic or functional substances that the organism needs to subsist, grow and multiply. It goes without saying that a genuine 3rd density human cannot achieve this.

Other individuals become followers of vegetarianism because they have undergone hybridizations of their human genome with trans-dimensional entities. These, as soon as they inhabit a body, automatically feed on the vital energy - Hindu prana - produced by beings of lower densities, whether they are plants, animals or humans.

Thus pranism - or respirianism - is only a way of concealing the mutant genetic program which allows one not to eat solid foods. Some of them are high-profile gurus, who advocate pranic eating for the sole purpose of deceiving humans, so that trans-dimensional entities can continue to harvest life energy from adepts. These entities are generally recognizable by their ethereal attitude, their diaphanous appearance and their slow gestures.

As for humans, their lack of respect for the food that nature offers them leads them to continually ingest energetically altered or genetically modified foods, a kind of food mainly intended to produce entire generations of organic portals. These, at the embryonic stage of the soul * ², are in the unconscious state of "reality", beginning the stages of a cycle of incarnation. They are like animals in factory farms, 2nd density souls at the start of evolution ...

Agriculture, the worst mistake in human history?

This is the thesis of Jared Diamond, Professor in the medical department of the University of UCLA in the United States, who in the light of various discoveries suggests with others that the adoption of agriculture, a priori the change the more decisive towards a better life, was in some ways a catastrophe from which we have never recovered. With agriculture came the glaring social and sexual inequalities, diseases and despotism, which mark our existence.

This runs counter to the widespread belief that we are better off in almost all respects than the people of the Middle Ages, who themselves had it easier than the cavemen, themselves had it better. than monkeys: more abundant and varied foods, better tools and material goods, for certain longer and healthier lives. Most of us in the West are safe from hunger and predators. Our escape from this misery was thus facilitated only 10,000 years ago, when in different parts of the world we began to domesticate plants and animals. The agricultural revolution then spread gradually until today when it is almost universal, and few tribes of hunter-gatherers survive.

In fact, if most of our hunter-gatherer ancestors adopted agriculture, it is because it is an efficient way to get more food with less effort. The crops give a higher yield per hectare than the roots and picked berries. They adopted the "progressive" line so prized by our performance civilization, the free time being supposed to participate in the development of the human being.

Yet while this progressive view seems compelling, it is difficult to prove it, as archaeologists have failed to support progressive views. Indeed, farmers focused on crops rich in carbohydrates, such as rice and potatoes, while the mixture of wild plants and animals in the hunter-gatherer diets provided much more protein and allowed for a better balance of crops. other nutrients.

On the issue of health, the new emerging techniques of paleopathology, the study of signs of disease in the remains of ancient peoples, is also in the direction of a better state before than today. Thus the study of skeletons from Greece and Turkey shows that the average height of hunter-gatherers towards the end of the Ice Age reached a generous 1.75m for men and 1.65m for women. With the adoption of agriculture, the size collapsed, and in 3,000 BC. AD, it reached 1.60 for men and 1.54 for women. As for the study of the skeletons of the burial mounds in the Illinois and Ohio River valleys in the United States, it shows that compared to the hunter-gatherers that preceded them, farmers had nearly 50% more increase in enamel abnormalities - an indicator of malnutrition - a 400% increase in iron deficiency (iron deficiency anemias, evidenced by a bone disease called porotic hyperostosis), an increase by a factor of 3 bone damage reflecting infectious diseases in general and an increase in degenerative diseases of the spine, probably reflecting a great deal of physical hard work. While life expectancy at birth in pre-agricultural society was around 36 years, in post-agricultural society it was 19 years. Episodes of nutritional stress and infectious disease severely affected their ability to survive. a 3-fold increase in bone damage reflecting infectious diseases in general; and an increase in degenerative diseases of the spine, probably reflecting a great deal of physical hard work. While life expectancy at birth in pre-agricultural society was around 36 years, in post-agricultural society it was 19 years. Episodes of nutritional stress and infectious disease severely affected their ability to survive.

There are at least three sets of reasons for the findings about unhealthy agriculture. - First, hunter-gatherers enjoyed a varied diet, while early farmers obtained most of their food from a few rare starch crops. Farmers gained calories cheaply, at the cost of poor nutrition. Thus, at present, there are just three plants rich in carbohydrates - wheat, rice, corn - which provide most of the calories consumed by the human species, and each of them is deficient in certain vitamins, or amino acids essential for life.

- Second, because of dependence on a limited number of crops, farmers ran the risk of hunger if one crop failed. Ultimately, the mere fact that agriculture encouraged people to cluster together in overcrowded societies, many of which focused on trading with other overcrowded societies, led to the spread of pests and diseases. Infectious diseases. Some archaeologists believe that it is overcrowding rather than agriculture that encourages disease. Epidemics could not start when populations were scattered in small groups that were constantly on the move. Tuberculosis and diarrhea-type diseases had to wait for the arrival of agriculture, measles, and bubonic plague them,

- In addition to malnutrition, famine, and epidemic disease, agriculture has contributed to another curse on humanity: deep class divisions. The hunter-gatherers had little or no stored food or concentrated sources of food, such as an orchard or a herd of cows. They lived with wild plants and animals which they obtained every day. Thus, there were no kings, no classes of social parasites who swelled on food looted from others. Only a population of farmers could maintain a healthy unproductive elite and rule over the unhealthy masses. The skeletons of the Greek tombs at Mycenae in 1,500 BC. AD suggest that the nobles appreciated a better diet than the commoners, given that the skeletons of these nobles were 5-7 centimeters taller and had better teeth (on average, one instead of six cavities or missing teeth). Similar contrasts in nutrition and health persist on a global scale today. To people in wealthy countries like the United States, it sounds ridiculous to extol the virtues of hunting and gathering. But Americans are an elite, dependent on oil and minerals that are often imported from countries with poorer health and nutrition. like the United States, it sounds ridiculous to extol the virtues of hunting and gathering. But Americans are an elite, dependent on oil and minerals that are often imported from countries with poorer health and nutrition. like the United States, it sounds ridiculous to extol the virtues of hunting and gathering. But Americans are an elite, dependent on oil and minerals that are often imported from countries with poorer health and nutrition.

Agriculture may also have encouraged gender inequalities. Freed from the need to carry their babies during a nomadic existence, and under the pressure to produce more labor to plow the fields, women farmers tended to have more frequent pregnancies than their hunter-gatherer counterparts - with cascading consequences for their lives. health. Among Chilean mummies, for example, more women than men had bone lesions from infectious diseases. Women in agricultural societies were sometimes like beasts of burden.

As for the claim that agriculture encouraged the surge in art by providing us with leisure time, hunter-gatherers have at least as much free time as farmers. Heavy emphasis on leisure time as a critical factor seems to be wrong. Although post-agricultural technological advances made possible new art forms and the preservation of art easier, large paintings and sculptures were already produced by hunter-gatherers 15,000 years before, and still were until 'as recently as the last century by hunter-gatherers such as the Inuit and Indians of the Pacific Northwest.

So, with the advent of agriculture, an elite did better, but most people were much worse off. Instead of swallowing the Progressive Party line that we chose agriculture because it was good for us, we have to ask ourselves how it trapped us despite its pitfalls.

One answer comes down to the adage "Force makes right". Agriculture could support the lives of many more people than hunting, despite a poorer quality of life: hunter-gatherer population densities rarely exceed one person per square kilometer, while farmers are on average 100 times that density. Partly because a field planted entirely with edible crops feeds many more mouths than a forest with scattered edible plants. In part, too, because nomadic hunter-gatherers had to keep their children at bay for four-year intervals through extended mother-breastfeeding and other means, since a mother had to carry her baby until then. that he is old enough to share the life of adults.

As hunter-gatherer population densities slowly rise at the end of the Ice Age, groups had to choose between feeding more mouths by going the agricultural route, or finding ways to limit growth. . A few groups chose the first option, unable to anticipate the downsides of agriculture, and seduced by the fleeting abundance they enjoyed until population growth caught up with increased food production. . These groups became consanguineous and then left to kill the groups that chose to remain hunter-gatherers, because a hundred malnourished farmers can still fight an isolated hunter-gatherer.

We would thus have made the worst mistake in human history. Forced to choose between limiting the population or trying to increase food production, we chose the latter and thus suffered famine, war, and tyranny. Hunter-gatherers have practiced a certain way of life, the one that has been the most successful, but also the one that has lasted the longest in human history. In contrast, we are still struggling with the mess caused by agriculture, and it is not certain that we can solve it.

New nutrition

Its characteristic is balance, starting from the principle that our genes are not adapted to the current food mode but rather to the diet of our ancestors of the Paleolithic, who lived between -3 million years and -10 000 years. By returning to the ancestral diet, we would lose weight while preventing a number of chronic diseases.

The method involves eating lots of unprocessed vegetables, little or no grains and pulses, lots of protein, no dairy products.

Its strengths are guaranteed satiety, the feeling of well-being, and benefits on weight, waist circumference, cardiovascular risks.

Its weak points are the risk of monotony, strong social stress, insufficient vitamin D intake, and risks associated with excessive consumption of animal products.

Operating mode

In 1985, Dr. S. Boyd Eaton, American radiologist and medical anthropologist graduated from Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia), published an article in which he hypothesized that the ideal diet for the line and for the health would be that of our ancestors of the Paleolithic. " The frequency of spontaneous mutations in the DNA of the cell nucleus is of the order of 0.5% per million years ", he argues. "Our genes are therefore very close to those of our ancestors of the Paleolithic, 40,000 years ago. What has changed is our food, with the advent of agriculture 10,000 years ago, and especially the industrial revolution. We are no longer genetically adapted to the current diet. Paleolithic or pre-agricultural food can therefore be seen as a model for modern nutrition. "This diet therefore does not come out of the imagination of a doctor who is more or less specialized in nutrition… On the contrary, it is the result of plural scientific research combining human paleontology and nutrition. The aim is to determine the practices of our hunting ancestors. pickers to best define their diet.

According to the models made by the researchers, the diet of our ancestors differed significantly from our modern diet.

Paleo diet (East Africa)

3000 calories (kcal)

25 to 29% protein, i.e. 108 to 140 g / d of animal proteins and 45 to 54 g / d of vegetable proteins

30 to 39% lipids

Omega-6 / omega-3 ratio: 0.6 to 0.83

39 to 40% carbohydrates, with little or no sucrose and no lactose at all (excluding breastfeeding)

Modern civilization

1800 (F) to 2600 (H) calories (Kcal)

15 to 17% protein, i.e. 64 to 68 g / d of animal protein and 32 to 36 g / d of vegetable protein

33 to 37% lipids

Omega-6 / omega-3 ratio: 11

49 to 52% carbohydrates

 (27% sucrose, 5% lactose)

It shows that our ancestors consumed more protein, especially animal proteins. But they also consumed between 600 grams and 1,600 grams of plants each day, with about as many calories from plants as from foods of animal origin.

As for fats, they ate about as much, but the fats were different with a high omega-3 intake and an omega-6 / omega-3 ratio more than ten times lower.

Regarding carbohydrates, their only source of sugar were fruits, roots and tubers and berries (honey, the only source of sucrose remaining a rare commodity). They ate neither cereals nor dairy products. They therefore consumed less carbohydrates than us. In addition, qualitatively, these carbohydrates were healthier and free from the refined sugar and lactose that we ingest nowadays.

From these observations, the researchers have brought out diets respecting ancestral diets but adapted to today's world.

The principles

The Paleo diet excludes cereals, pulses, dairy products, sugar, salt, because these foods appeared in the Neolithic era, at the time of the agricultural revolution (cultivation, breeding). The question of oils is debated. Some researchers consider that they have no place in the Paleo stricto sensu diet since they are processed foods: it would be necessary to consume oilseeds (olives rather than olive oil, etc ...). Other researchers believe that they can be included in the diet because it must show some flexibility.

In the United States, it was Loren Cordain (photo 1), a professor in the Department of Health and Exercise Sciences at Colorado State University and a member of the American Institute of Nutrition, who has developed in his book, The Paleo Diet , how the Paleolithic diet could adapt to American culture. The book The Prehistoric Diet by Thierry Souccar (photo 2), journalist and French author and publisher of books on the themes of health, nutrition, well-being, sport, describes the dietary aspects of human evolution and the physiological and clinical consequences of modern diet.

For its part, the book by American author Mark Sisson (photo 3), The Paleo Model , takes up the dietary principles of the Paleo diet and enriches them with advice on physical exercise, play, social relations, to reproduce the different facets of pre-agricultural existence. In France, Marc-Olivier Schwartz (phhoto 4), paleo pioneer and Thomas Renoult, chef (photo 5) have adapted the diet in Manger Paleo , a practical guide with menus and recipes.

The recommended "diet" is based on a few major basic principles:

Eat lean meats, fish and seafood, fruits and vegetables without starch at will;

No grains, legumes, dairy and processed foods.

This diet is quite similar to that of the French surgeon and researcher Dr Jean Seignalet (1936 / 2003- photo 6), as explained in his book The food or the third medicine . Designed to reduce autoimmune reactions, Dr Seignalet stresses the importance of consuming raw foods as much as possible. Its five main rules to follow in order to get as close as possible to a diet suitable for our genes, while maintaining a normal sociable life, are:

Exclude cereals except rice and buckwheat;

Exclude animal milk and their derivatives;

Consume a majority of raw products (meat, fish and eggs included);

Use virgin vegetable oils, obtained by first cold pressing;

Whenever possible, prefer products from organic farming.

Green vegetables and legumes are allowed, provided they are gently steamed. The massive consumption of raw vegetables and fruits is encouraged. Protein should preferably be ingested during only one of the three daily meals.

Carbohydrate source foods

Cereals: wheat, soy, corn, rice and their derivatives: flour, pasta, cakes, breads, brioches, etc.

Any form of sugars (honey, syrups, jams… and other starches, fructose, glucose, gluten, dextrose, lactose…).

All dairy products and derived products as well as all vegetables with high glycemic indexes.

Paleo-ketogenic diet

Animal fats and proteins (meat, fish, eggs, certain cold cuts).

Some green vegetables.

Nuts (having been soaked or roasted… not treated or processed).

Health effects

The Paleolithic diet is not a dietary measure to be followed over a limited time to lose the few extra pounds that spoil the silhouette. On the contrary, it is a way of life to be adopted definitively to prevent or cure a certain number of chronic diseases. The weight loss, proven, would be in a way only the first visible effect of the benefits of this diet.

According to Loren Cordain, a return to food sources would make it possible to fight against Syndrome X diseases (hypertension, type II diabetes, cholesterol, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, acne, breast, prostate and colon cancers, etc.) but also against osteoporosis, asthma, certain digestive disorders (constipation, hemorrhoids, ulcers, stones, etc.), inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis or multiple sclerosis, or even skin cancer.

For Jean Seignalet, the observation is identical: most of the scourges of public health today could be avoided thanks to the adoption of this regime. During his career, he thus successfully tested the effects of this diet on diseases still poorly treated by conventional medicine such as fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis or rheumatoid arthritis.

The health benefits of the Paleolithic diet are directly attributable to a high protein intake (faster satiety, reduction in bad cholesterol, lower blood pressure, improved insulin metabolism), fruits and vegetables in quantity (better acid-balance. basic, cancer prevention and regulation of intestinal transit), with substantial contributions of omega-3 (prevention of cardiovascular diseases). But also excluding salt, sugars, starches, gluten and dairy products (whose proteins are strongly antigenic).

On the other hand, badly led, this diet could provide too high quantities of animal products and too few plants, which can increase the risk of certain diseases such as digestive cancers.

The Paleolithic diet encourages eating more protein, more plants, more omega-3s and less carbohydrates. Sugar, salt, cereals, milk and its derivatives and processed foods should be avoided or strongly limited. Vegetables, fruits, roots and seeds should be favored while the use of cooking may be minimal. By eating what corresponds to the original functions of the body we certainly lose weight but we could also prevent a number of diseases. We can thus understand that it is the object of many criticisms (charlatanism, sectarian spirit ...) as it calls into question the excesses of the business supply by the actors concerned, the subservient medical body included. Which in the end is rather a good sign ...

What does the research say?

The establishment of the diet of our ancestors is a subject of scientific research. As such, the composition of the ancestral diet is likely to vary according to the pace of new discoveries. The prehistoric diet as advocated by Loren Cordain or Jean Seignalet could also be distorted by the fact that the choice of foods of Paleolithic men depended on hunting, climate, seasons, etc. So that today we have all the food we want at our fingertips.

Debates focus on the place of meat products in this diet, although it is possible to follow a mainly vegetarian Paleo diet.

On the other hand, the benefits of a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, sources of vitamins and antioxidants, on the prevention of cancer, hypertension, osteoporosis are proven. Likewise, increased consumption of foods rich in omega-3s (fatty fish, rapeseed or walnut oils, walnuts, leafy green vegetables) has been associated with a decreased risk of cardiovascular disease.

In addition, recent research shows that it is the carbohydrates that appeared with the Neolithic and the advent of agriculture (cereals and milk sugar) that have the highest glycemic indexes (GI). However, the consumption of foods with a high GI has been associated with weight gain and increased sensitivity to insulin, and therefore a greater risk of type II diabetes.

Intervention studies with the paleo diet have shown favorable results, especially in people with metabolic syndrome and diabetes. But there are no long-term studies available and it is not known whether these benefits last, or whether side effects appear over time in some people.

Effects on the aging process

Several theories about the human aging process are being researched. Some focus on genetics, and others on the "damage" that chemical pathways in the body cause to cell structures and tissues in the body.

The best-known theory of aging caused by damage is called the theory of "free radicals", which are chemically reactive molecules (sometimes called DROs or reactive oxygen derivatives) that can bind to our cells and cause damage. and inflammation in cellular DNA and other proteins.

"Chemically reactive" refers to the fact that free radicals have a missing electron, seeking to snatch the electron from another molecule. This reactive process is called oxidation, resulting in a chain of damage, like falling dominoes. When a free radical steals an electron from a nearby molecule, that molecule in turn becomes reactive, and the chain repeats. Over time, there is a lot of damage, and aging accelerates.

The key to stopping free radical damage and slowing down the aging process is to increase the body's reservoir of antioxidants. These antioxidants are molecules which have an extra electron to "donate" to the free radical, which neutralizes it, or makes it chemically stable. Once the free radical is stabilized, it no longer causes damage, and the chain of destruction is broken.

Most of the free radicals in our bodies come from normal chemical reactions that are biological in nature, such as those that create energy within our cellular mitochondria. Some outside sources of free radicals include smoking or polyunsaturated vegetable oils.

A lack of antioxidants in the body means more oxidative damage, so one way to deal with this type of damage is to increase the amount of antioxidants available in the body.

Another theory of the aging process concerns the damage of glycation due to high blood sugar levels. Glycation is a process in which excess sugar in the bloodstream "sticks" to the proteins that make up our cells and tissues in our body.

Over time, these glycated tissues form structures that become "advanced glycation products" or "AGEs". The glycated end products inhibit the functions of the proteins to which they are attached, and the proteins are therefore damaged and unable to function or communicate normally. For example, recent research has shown that vision loss, nerve damage, atherosclerosis and other complications of diabetes result from damage to the glycation of various proteins essential for the function of the eyes, nerves and arteries. .

A simple analogy for glycation would be to pour maple syrup on the computer keyboard, and then try to use it.

Glycation increases when blood sugar increases. High fructose consumption also appears to worsen glycation. A recent study showed that fructose accelerates glycation in the body ten times faster than simple blood sugar. And, even worse, this study showed that a single incident of higher post-meal blood sugar (blood sugar spikes after meals) was associated with the formation of AGE precursors.

Ketogenic diets, ketosis, and the resulting ketone bodies slow down the aging process in several ways.

Based on a simple principle, a very limited consumption of sugar and very high in fat (a lot of lipids, some proteins and very few carbohydrates), a ketogenic diet indeed reduces oxidative damage in the body, and increases the production of uric acid and other strong anti-oxidants. Ketosis and the resulting ketone bodies can thus alleviate and reverse several neurological disorders for which oxidative stress at the cellular level is believed to be a main cause. This includes Alzheimer's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), stroke trauma, Parkinson's disease, and stroke.

Ketosis promotes mitochondrial function by increasing mitochondrial glutathione, an important antioxidant that works directly in the mitochondria. This is important because orally ingested antioxidants such as those from our food do not reach the mitochondria very easily.

What's more, ketogenic diets lower baseline blood sugar levels, which in turn reduces glycation levels and the formation of advanced glycation end products. All low-carb ketogenic diets thus improve blood sugar control and reduce hunger, with several studies showing that calorie restriction decreases oxidative damage in the body. Low carbohydrate diets in general reduce triglycerides, which are fatty acids in the blood. High triglyceride levels can also cause advanced glycation end products. By lowering our blood sugar, we reduce insulin levels, glycation products, and inflammation. These three factors are closely associated with higher death rates from all kinds of diseases.

Principle of common sense and reality

Carbohydrates, fructose, sucrose and other "oses" present in large quantities in our food will in the long run have completely overwhelmed the natural and innate cellular self-regeneration capacities of the human organism and its extraordinary faculties from the human body. awareness of Who We Really Are.

Also this diet, which supposes a radical transformation of our eating habits, requires to be motivated to undertake it. Losing weight is not the main goal of the diet. It is only a short-term consequence of the change in diet. Likewise, it can be useful for people suffering from chronic metabolic disease (diabetes) or inflammatory disease (autoimmune). For it to be beneficial, the emphasis must be on a massive increase in plants.

But its main interest is that it appears as a way to begin to dismantle the commensal genome * with a reptilian character inserted in the genetics of the human being, for his liberation of consciousness.

However, it is in no way a question of wanting to define neither dogma, nor norm, nor rule. A food too rich in animal protein can be as harmful as a diet too abundant in vegetable fibers. It differs depending on the individual himself. This is why, "naturally", a food mode must above all be adapted to the genetics of the individual, to his "galactic lineage". Food must therefore simply be adapted to the physiological needs of his body, taking into account his body size, racial and genetic characteristics, the geographical place where he lives, his blood type, his physical activity and taking care to respect its biological, physiological and hormonal balance. By going beyond our limited and manipulated beliefs, We can understand through Knowledge that its genetics conceal not only that of the primate, but also includes a clever mixture of extraterrestrial genes, prior to our arrival on Earth in the initial times *. This means that the various planning or predatory races have brought their own genetics to modern man. There are therefore different lineages among Homo-sapiens, each of which has its own genetics and its own diet.

Even though for thousands of years human DNA has mixed together, some genetic characters inherited from their creators have survived. And among these genetic creators, some were carnivorous, other vegetarians, others still omnivorous or frugivorous ... For more than 300,000 years, the hominid which before was a hunter-gatherer and lived on the generosity of Nature has been genetically programmed to become Homo-sapiens, namely farmer, plowman, then in modern times, farmer-chemist-geneticist to survive the "toil" of his work and remain - unconsciously - dependent on 4th grade predation dimension. By understanding this, we can reclaim our true power, especially through the right diet.

It is crucial to learn to listen to your body and not to your beliefs, to free yourself from the guilt of eating what your body asks for and from judging "good or bad". Just as it is essential to know an unstoppable rule in the universe of material density: “For something to be born, something must die.” Consequently, in this Earthly Reality World, wanting to eat without killing is impossible. If we try, it is ourselves who, more or less long term, will have to die ...
