Culinary trend? Maybe but above all a delicious recipe for burgers with avocados instead of traditional buns. Lighter and nutritious, they are sure to tempt you.
INGREDIENTS: 3 PERS.
3 avocados
3 vegetable pancakes (for my part Céréal France)
cherry tomatoes
a few sprigs of coriander
1/2 small red onion
3 slices of cheese for burgers
1 plain soy yogurt
the juice of a lemon
1 C. mustard
1 C. of honey
paprika powder
curry powder
salt and pepper

Remove the skin from the avocados with a tablespoon and cut them in half. Drizzle with lemon juice so they don't turn black.

Cook your vegetable steaks and place the burger cheeses on top towards the end of the cooking time. Keep warm.
