Hope you're really good guys, read this and remain blessed

Text: Isaiah 60:1-22

The first verse in our text is a command to arise from whatever has brought us down because a new beginning of better things has come. It is an assurance of restoration, increase and glorification. The chapter goes on to list the innumerable things that God is set to do in order to bring His intention to pass.

No doubt, the experience of past months and years may not be too good, you may have lost so much. God is saying that the days of your mourning is ended. Even those who afflicted and despised you shall come bowing and prostrating as no one will be able to resist the brightness of your rising. Yes, even if you have been forsaken and hated, everyone will be attracted to the brightness of God's glory upon your life and come running to you, bearing gifts.

There's also an assurance that this new phase in your life will not be only for a moment so you do not need to be afraid because God will be your everlasting light.

The last verse reveal that God will bring all these to pass at a set time. And of course, the wait will be worth it. It will happen quickly, suddenly without you preparing for it. That's how the shepherd, David turned king. Yours is certainly not impossible. Therefore, arise, shine for your light has come and the glory of God is risen upon you!

Shalom
