Using mobile phone too much was bad for our health so always make sure you used it in the right way.
Organized your time. Do the most important things first like do household chores , cook some food,eat and take a bath .
Long exposure in mobile phones will make your head hurt, dizzy and feels like vomiting.
So please limit your usage make sure the brightness of your phone are at low level and don't used it nearly in your face make some distance.
