Every dawn reminds us, another day comes to enjoy in our life. We have to be very busy all day. So let's start the day in the most beautiful way. May the effects of the morning keep us well and active throughout the day.
Morning means the beginning of the day. And by looking at the beginning of the day, you can tell how the day will go! This means that if the morning starts well, the day will go well. Every morning we have something to do. And to handle everything and reach the office on time, you have to take a lot of risk. As a result, incidents such as being late or leaving urgent items at home often occur. If you take care for a few days, you can make the morning beautiful.
Set a specific bedtime at night. Follow some special rules to get a good night's sleep. You can wake up at a certain time in the morning. If the time of waking up is right, then everything else can be done according to the time itself.
Have everything ready at night. If you keep your office bag, children's school bag, school clothes and school uniform ready in the morning, you can get up in the morning very well.
Many leave a pile of work for the morning. As a result, in the rush to go out in the morning, you cannot understand what work to do first, how to handle it. As a result, everyday is late. Get up in the morning and don't do anything other than what is necessary. Like brushing teeth, bathing, breakfast
Fix a specific place to keep bags, lunch boxes, clothes. Get up in the morning so that it is not difficult to find, or wasted time searching.
Keeping wallet, car keys, phone in a specific basket will make the work much easier when going out.
If everyone in the house can get up at least 15 minutes before they wake up, you can start the day much better.
Set a daily morning ritual for yourself upon waking up. Maybe you made yourself a cup of coffee, played, or did some light exercise. You can spend some time on your own.

If a sweet morning begins with a prayer of one's religion, you will find that the mind is much calmer. Wake up fresh, start your day with your religious prayers.
As you will get peace of mind, restlessness and anxiety will be removed. Physical benefits are not less.

It is difficult to find even twenty minutes, let alone an hour, to exercise every day when we usually wake up and start working.
But if we start the day at 6 am, see how long it is. You can exercise if you want. You can do any of the walking or freehand exercises and yoga. Even if we do household chores, our work out is done. Like making the bed, wiping the furniture, cleaning the floor, you can do anything.
Make Work list
Sometimes you have to call someone for very urgent reasons, but on certain days you may not remember. So plan the work for the whole day. Keeping an urgent list in a diary will make things easier. And even if you forget something in the pressure of work, there is no possibility of missing work if you write it down. And another thing, we only talk about job listings. But also write down the rest to be taken in between the work.
Healthy breakfast
Breakfast is without a doubt the most important meal of the day. But due to waking up late, many of us have to run to work without breakfast in the morning. And with the pressure of work, there is no time for breakfast. Many problems can occur in our body due to not eating for a long time after night. That's why you have to make a habit of getting up regularly in the morning and go to work after having a healthy meal by eight o'clock in the morning. Bread, vegetables, eggs, any fruit and tea can be healthy snacks. But for variety, sometimes cornflakes or vegetable khichuri can be eaten with milk
Work with take time
When I have to rush to the office or class, I often run out like three. But if you get up a little earlier in the morning, you have time to get ready as needed. For example, an official from an outside office will come to an emergency meeting in the office. Dress should be the same as where you are representing your organization. So leave bed regularly with at least some time in hand to get ready.
Drink Half a liter of water
It is again such an urgent task, so thinking? But drink at least half a liter of water regularly before leaving home every morning. Because water is essential for the health of our skin and body.
