Saturday getaway (throwback)

This is another throwback of my getaway at the beach. This photo was taken last 2016 at Davao. I worked as an IT Instructor at a private school. It has been a tradition by the management to have a team building twice every school year. So on our first team building, we went to Talicud Island. 

It is a prestigious island located at Davao just 30 minutes away from St. Ana wharf. On our way to the Island, I could feel the cold breeze of the wind. The level of serenity when you are in a beach is just different. It gives you a genuine feeling of relaxation.

Upon reaching the island, we rented a house good for all of us. The property we have rented is private so it does not have much of visitors. 

The place is clean. You could witness the sunset and sunrise. There is a good location for you to take selfies. We had several activities moments from arrival. We had a lot of foods to enjoy. We were grouped into threes to divide the assigned chores every meal. 

When we get there, the place is exclusive for us. So we can enjoy the accommodations and facilities fully by ourselves. Good thing is, the attendee is accommodating and attentive. He assists and gives us the things we needed. Overall, it was a fun getaway. We bought some foods to cook for us to partake during meal time. However, we left early because we need to catch the schedule of the boat. So we were not able to enjoy the beach that much. Just when we arrived. It was fun but a bit short. Just sad. So much

Pagdating sa isla, nagrenta kami ng bahay na mabuti para sa aming lahat. Ang ari-arian na inarkila namin ay pribado kaya wala itong gaanong bisita. Malinis ang lugar. 

Maaari mong masaksihan ang paglubog ng araw at pagsikat ng araw. May isang magandang lokasyon para sa iyo na kumuha ng selfie. Marami kaming mga aktibidad sandali mula sa pagdating. Marami kaming mga pagkain na masisiyahan. Kami ay pinagsama sa pitong upang hatiin ang mga itinalagang gawain sa bawat pagkain. Pagdating namin doon, eksklusibo ang lugar para sa amin. Kaya't maaari nating tamasahin ang mga tirahan at pasilidad ng ating sarili. Magandang bagay ay, ang dumalo ay nakakapag-akyat at matulungin. Tumutulong siya at binibigyan tayo ng mga bagay na kailangan namin. Sa pangkalahatan, ito ay isang masayang pag-iwas.
