Which One Is The Hardest To Say? I came across a twitter post the other day and I saved it right away. It got me thinking if which among them is the hardest for me to say?

Time check: 2:00 am. I'm writing this in the middle of the night because insomnia strikes again. Damm, this is what I hate the most when my sleep gets disrupted. I find it hard to go back to sleep. So while I'm wide awake, I'll take this chance to share my thoughts about this. Some people may find it easier to apologize or express their love, while others may struggle more with admitting they need help or acknowledging their mistakes. This comes with factors such as personal experiences, cultural background, and individual personality traits. I apologize & I was wrong I believe these two statements coexist. It's about admitting into something you thought you were right in the first place. However, it doesn't happen all the time. Apologizing and admitting you're wrong takes a lot of courage and pride to takeaway. It requires humility, self-awareness and the ability to learn from the mistakes. It involves setting aside your ego, and fear of criticisms. As for me, apologizing is something I struggle to say when it's someone I'm close with. Although I find it easy to say when it goes behind a feeling of insincerity or anger. It's something I am not proud of and I should learn to erase that attitude. I need help As for me, this is something I find so hard to say. Among the four choices, *"****I*** ***need help"*** **is the hardest.** It is really not my personality to reach out to someone. It is because, I don't like putting my burden to someone else's. I hate causing stress to someone knowing that they have their own struggles as well. I value their time and energy as much as they value theirs so as a sign of respect to them, reaching out to them would be the last option I will do. I know that there is strength in vulnerability but I value their time and energy more than mine. That is why, I am so distant even to the ones I'm close with. It is just so hard for me to speak up and ask for help. This makes me vulnerable to depression, no doubt. I have had countless experiences where I just bottled up my emotions and I got burned out. It's a toxic trait. However, it's something that I have learned over time too. I can finally ask help to the people I trust so much. I still find it hard but I know there is progress. Little by little. I love you Oh well, when I was younger, I find this so difficult to say to my parents. Teenage years, were the awkward stage of forming a good relationship with the family. It's a stage in teenage life where you feel like you're always wrong and no one understands you. Teenagers are emotional so I can't blame that. I was once a teenager and it proves everything. When I entered into mid 20s, that's when I started to become sweeter to my parents. Especially to mom. I have become more comfortable to share my vulnerabilities to her so as saying I love you to them. My mid 20s, most especially when that incident happened, became a way to reconnect ourselves and formed a much closer relationship with one another. Now, it is easy for us to be vocal with our love and affection to each other. Saying these statements also involves intense personal relationships. When you're close to someone, you have already formed a bond that is difficult to destroy. However, it opens up the struggle of sharing vulnerability to each other. Along the way, you will find it awkward to say these but in time, you'll gather more comfort and confidence to do so. Thanks for reading. Keep safe everyone!
