They may not have the ability to utter words but the body language they show towards you speaks more than words. When they look you in the eyes, we can feel genuine love. That's what true love is. They show you how ecstatic they are when you get home. They show you they're not feeling well when they stay in a corner hiding. They love you more than themselves. The loyalty and faithfulness that they give you are so precious that you couldn't afford to lose. They are your constant, your main confidant, your biggest enemy when they refuse to take medicines, and your shower when they shake their bodies off when taken to the bath. ***To a buddy named Sunny***, you may not read this but please know that mommy loves you the most. You are my greatest companion to my highs and lows. When I first saw you in that photo, I fell in love right away. I knew it has to be you. **You are the missing piece that mommy has been looking for.** You became the greatest factor in mommy's recovery from what she has been through. Looking back, if I imagined myself seeing you on that day, I would have hesitated. You could've done something out of it that will stop me. Then again, I guess we're not meant to find each other's paws and feet at that time. You are serving your purpose well by making mommy so happy waking up next to you every day. She doesn't mind if her sheets and clothes are entirely covered with your fur. You're everywhere. **You're the main suspect of everything leaving pieces of evidence of your crimes.** You know mommy gets mad when you leave your toys unattended everywhere and you start tearing every bit of them. **Eiyor**, the mini elephant crocodile look alike has gone into pieces. But you enjoy biting them and growling when mommy tries to take them away from you. You are such a playful buddy, never run out of energy. You always like to run inside and outside the house. You like to chase after stones and cats which are supposedly our visitors here. You are not the most welcoming host to the guests when the house is having a party, forgive mommy for tying you down to the doorknob because you are just so feisty. If only you are the friendliest buddy then you are free to roam around meeting friends outside. Mommy likes to look in your eyes, those are your greatest assets. Mommy loves it when you stare at her as if you're saying you love her. Mommy loves it when you **crazily jump for joy and run around the yard** when she gets home from buying canned goods that you take a share too. Mommy likes it when you accompany her to the laundry and just watch her doing the chore while you seeing on grandpa's chair sightseeing with extreme caution of running and barking after passersby when they even just pass by our gate. **You don't like your feet getting wet but when you do, your paw prints are just too cute to look at.**

Mommy gets sad when you show signs that you are not feeling well. That drives her to worry much. She can't afford to see you in pain. She wants you to be in your best shape and keeps you updated on vaccine schedules and vitamins. But then, mommy gets mad too when you put up on a show acting like you don't have an appetite and just leave your food untouched but when tita Sai-sai teases you that she'll get your food, **you scream with authority and act like you are the biggest and wildest canine in the history.** Everything about you gives color to mommy's life. Please know that the entire family treasures you so much and that we will feel an empty space in our hearts if we lose you. I know we are not gonna be together for long and just the thought of that makes my heart so broken but surely, we will enjoy each other's companionship every day until we part ways.
