I Jogged and visited the Zoo
I went for a jog yesterday to breathe some fresh air and to enjoy nature. I have been staying at home for a long time and as an indoor person, I am not fond of outdoor activities or if I will, it rarely happens. The zoo is just 10 minutes' walking distance from home. It is actually free for all. No entrance fee. Perfect for a family bonding. In my case, I went there alone to have alone time. The zoo is very beautiful. From its staff who are very accommodating and polite, the environment which is clean and green and it clearly shows it is well maintained. I saw a lot of animals. The tigers and the lioness caught my attention and stood out. It is my first time to meet a tiger and a lion with my own eyes. It just feels amazing. It feels surreal.
Aside from the tigers and lion, the crocodile was not sleeping or not staying in one place. It was moving, actually it was on its way closer to the fence so we distanced ourselves in case something happens.
The landscaping is superb. I can say that the animals in the zoo are secured and are taken cared well of. I also saw a peacock but during that time it was not flaunting its colorful tail.
I saw a lot of animals. I saw different kinds of birds. I saw snakes, monkeys, ostriches, meercats, and fishes. These are just some of the animals I took photos of. I can go back there anytime. It is really accessible and it's totally free. Aside from those benefits, it gives you this sort of relaxation and just enjoy the nature and sight. The place is Instagram worthy. Many people are taking photos and looking for spots where they can make their creative poses. There are also benches for people to sit on, a building where you can stay in case it rains. The zoo opens from 8 am to 5 pm. It is open everyday. It is perfect for a family bond especially during weekends. Aside from the no entrance fee, you can surely enjoy everything.

Here in Bukidnon. That's a province in Mindanao. 😅 That's sad to know about the giraffe. I want so visit Safari badly to see giraffes and elephants. Have you travelled outside the country?

Hehe. Yaaas! Mommy yen is from Nueva Ecija though, she's the closest one to you. I haven't traveled outside Phil too. Even in Luzon. I just reached Visayas, in Cebu and Bohol particularly.
But nueve ecija is still so far ;;-;; and i have no idea how to travel anywhere Ohh I've only been to mindorro then some random parts here in luzon. I've been to baguio and we have a house in tagaytay and cavite. I've mostly only traveled arpund calabarzon XD
Hehe. I wanna go to Baguio and Tagaytay too to feel how cold the weather is. At least, we had the chance to travel, hoping for more. ☺
If you ever get to luzon, you can stay with em at the house in tagaytay. I can tour you around there and in batangas? The beaches there are pretty UwU and it's a boat away from mindorro

Right now I'm more worried about what he'll do to the gundams we bought together and the ones i bought him. I hope he doesn't give those away too. They were the ones he played with the most 😞
Give him his comfort food? Does he eat?
I'm reminding him to eat but i can't bring him food unless he agrees to see me. I wanted to bring him the fish dishes he loves so much
That's the problem there. We are really helpless as of now.

Never saw those animals up close... And i never been to a zoo in my whole life too 😅 what I want to see in person are tiger and lion.. And I want to touch those giant tamed snakes too ..just so curious how it feels..
It's my first encounter with the tigers and lion and it's really fun at the same time, so frightening. I didn't expect them to be that huge 😧. They look so cute though 😍 I can't stand touching snakes or something slimy animals. 😬
We have pet snake before when I was young.. My father brought it from East Timor..i touched it myself and even carried it... But it dies when it went out our house and our neighbor killed it...
Oh nooo 🥺 I believe that was a python, right? How does it feel then when you touched it? 🥶 I want to see a giraffe, elephant, and zebra. That's why I want to go to Africa. Hehe. I wanna see how tall a giraffe is. 😍
It was similar to 'sawa'..pro takot all nun sis nung bago plng. Maliitlng nmn sya ng dinala sa nahay, pinapakain ni papa ng karne at tinatanggal yung canine, Nilagay sa drawer in.. At every time matutulog kmi, lage ako worried bka lumabas at pumunta sa tulugan namin, at kung accidentally maipit, eh di turuklaw yun 😅.. Medyo malaki na nung lumabas sa bahay... Kya ayun.. Dedo.. From abroad pa namn yun, nung naasign si papa sa East Timor..
That's truee. That feeling of uneasiness and paranoia when the snake escapes from the cage. It is so dangerous 😅 How long did it last? For sure, your dad was devastated when it got killed. Didn't your neighbors complain and were threatened when they knew about the presence of the pet snake?
It wasn't a cage at all co it was just our clothes drawer 😂. Some don't know about it actually.. That's why our neighbor killed it. Only our relatives know about it..it lasted for few months only..
I thought it took years until it got killed. I wonder how all of you guys in the house adjusted for the snake 😬 The routine and lifestyle for sure was affected.
If it's years, I guess the snake was huge by that moment.. Neighbors for sure will panic and won't let us pet the snake lol

Wow, seriously? Free? Ang galing naman, sarap sana pumunta jan kaso malayo. Gusto ko din makakita in person mg Lion and Tiger 😍, lion-tiger palang kasi na katol ang nakikita ko 😫😂

I'm so glad the government made this zoo for free thus convenient for everyone. At first, I thought about the crocodile park in Davao but getting there is expensive, so for sure hindi, nasa Bukidnon lang bah toh?
Hmmm, it's still risky to travel long hours though. This zoo is jus 10 minutes away from our house. Yes, Bukidnon. ❤
Galing naman! maganda na initiative yan from the government.
That's right. It is owned by an official from the government eh, then the govt decided to make it available and accessible to the public. ☺
sa panahon ngayon, mabuti at merong libre..ksi oders would collect fees for maintenance man lng anila. it's a good place to bring kids in and introduce those animals
