How are you guys? Are you feeling down lately? Frustrated? Hopeless?
Well, I feel you guys. I can relate. We are humans. It's normal for us to feel that kind of emotion. Sometimes we feel extremely happy, and sometimes we feel deeply sad.
I know the feeling of being hopeless. A certain kind of emotion where no matter what you do to its extent, you still fail. You are working you hardest to achieve it but things are not cooperating. That's just frustrating.
With that, we tend to lose hope. We engage dark thoughts. We lose patience quickly. We become short tempered. We easily get mad. Our minds are covered with darkness in short.
How do we find our way out to this? Based on my experience, there are ways on how to surpass the feeling of being hopeless.
1. Share your problems with someone you can lean on or trust to.
Shared problems with someone you are close could ease the feeling of being hopeless. That way, he or she can give advices that could help you get through with the situation.
2. Distract youself by doing something.
Through this, your mind tends to forget the negative thoughts you have and at the same time helps you to find ways on how to deal with it.
3. Pray
This is the most important one. God breaks our plans before our plans break us. Meaning, God knows what is best for you. He is forming you to be a better version of yourself. Yes, it is painful but along the way, you become stronger and bolder as you look back on your past.
There will always be a window of hope in every situation. God works in mysterious ways. He doesn't give you challenges that you can't overcome. REMEMBER
