look at it and ask yourself does this present danger?
then say to yourself that this does not present danger I'm okay
4 things you hear
then once again ask yourself does this present danger?
then say to yourself that this does not present danger I'm okay
3 things you smell
then you ask yourself does this present danger?
then say to yourself that this does not present danger I'm okay
2 things you can touch with your hand and feet
then you ask yourself does this present danger?
then say to yourself that this does not present danger I'm okay
1 thing positive thing you can say
