There's nothing wrong with Crying
Crying is our body's natural way to lessen and respond to stress, sorrows, grief, and extreme emotions we have. This is our way to let out the heavy feeling we are experiencing. And there's nothing wrong with it. We even shed a tear when we are super happy. Crying is actually healthy. One can have a physical health problem and even psychological problem when he suppresses himself from crying very often especially when he really needs to let it out. A lot of us think that crying makes us look weak especially when crying in front of other people. Especially guys. Some of them think that when people see them cry, it lessens their machismo. The truth is when you cry you are strong. Cause crying is one of the steps to process your sorrows. Accepting you are hurt and releasing the pain is actually a brave thing to do. It also releases negative energy inside your body and mind which can be relieving after you burst into crying. As I've said, there are a lot of reasons why people cry. The same as there are different types of crying. Basically, you cry because of your emotions and/or reflex. It's okay, there's nothing wrong in crying. What you're feeling is valid, no one can say it isn't. It's your emotions. And you can feel it's actuality. Crying is what makes us human. Crying reminds us that we capable of loving. It tells us that you feel emotions. Crying keeps us warm. It heals our soul from pain and it releases the pain out from our body. Sometimes, when everything seems to turn so badly, there's no left for us to do but cry. We cry all day and all night till our eyes get tired and we end up falling asleep. Pain however does not disappear with just a single cry. And settling with crying can also be harmful for your health, both physically and emotionally. You need to get up slowly and fight the pain. You may still cry in the process of healing but don't worry because if you choose to overcome the pain, you will be able to. Cry if needed to be. Don't be ashamed of how your body reacts your emotions. Don't be shy to say you feel weak, accepting it is actually being brave. Don't be ashamed of your tears. They're part of who you are. Cry and stand up after. Let the rain pour and the sun shine after. Let that tear fall, and wipe it with pride. 😊 PS* I honestly don't feel good seeing people cry but I feel proud of them for stepping up and making it all pour into tears. I hope we all experience more tears of joy than tears of sorrow. 💜 LIKE COMMENT SUBSCRIBE and UPVOTE if you like my article.💜

Yes you are right buddy. Sometimes crying is okay release the pain, sadness and everything.
we have to if we want to overcome the sadness. And actually most of the time we have no control, tears just keeps falling down our face.
It's natural. 😁
There's nothing wrong with crying. It means you have an emotion. Its better to cry to release your emotion instead of hiding it and leads to some emotional breakdown.
oh yes emotional breakdown. That's the worst thing they have to suffer for hiding their real emotions.
So its okay to released it. Crying doesn't mean that youre weak. Is not a measurement on how strong you are as a person.
there's really nothing wrong with it. I've cried multiple times and I can say that it felt a hundred times better after. You get to release your suppressed emotion and it is healthy for our emotional and mental state.
I cry when I watch an emotional movie. haha.. Even my son, I let him cry when he needs to. Some parents tend to shout, "STOP CRYING!!" Then they count 1 to 3 to frighten their child. But seriously, it is bad for the child's cardio (heart).
that's true. it's an unconscious practive to the kids that “it is not okay to cry” and they will tend to grow up getting used to suppressing their emotions.
Yeah i also tried to publish something like that.. I always touched by some people specially men who i witnessed crying. Crying lessens the burden of our heart.
i also don't judge men that cries. I feel bad for them. Men don't usually cry easily but when they do, it means they are really hurt...
True, there's nothing wrong in crying. It's not bad to cry, it even helps to lessen the pain you're facing.Crying also help us to release the toxins on our body.Especially to the men out there, don't be afraid to cry even if they tell you or ask you "are you gay?" "boy doesn't cry" "real man doen't cry"Remember that crying doesn ' t define that you're weak or gay.
yes absolutely. actually, real men cry. 😊 i don't know why people say crying is gay. it's actually insulting haha
I agree with this. There is nothing wrong with crying. Society, puts rules, to make people stressed and unhappy, so they will need material things, to try to fill the emptiness.
society can sometimes be rough. it judges people based on what looks good and not.
Yes, and we must learn, to face it, deal with it, and handle it, wisely.
right. So does that mean you cry too. I assume it does.
That is a good one, but I really want to disagree with you on guys , no matter how heavy the matter is Men don't cry anyhow , to me my eyes Wil be so red and the face dead heavy but poring out tears at random is not too good for a Man thanks God bless you.
I see. I respect your opinion. I'm just curious though, is there any reason why you think it is not good or why you don't cry? 😊
Crying here, I mean just crying like a baby just because someone hurt you, how do you say about that?. Thanks.
no, that's not the only possible reason. When you lose (death) someone you love, something that has extreme emotions, like those things. 😊
