Health is wealth, health is one of the basic things we need for survival. "Healthy living" to most people means both physical and mental health are in balance or functioning well together in a person. In many instances, physical and mental health are closely linked, so that a change (good or bad) in one directly affects the other. Consequently, some of the tips will include suggestions for emotional and mental "healthy living.

Yes, we all know that health is an asset of every human being. As long as a person is in good health I think he is very happy. Because being in good health means being healthy. If you are not healthy, the mind is not good, the body is improving for which people do not feel comfortable.

And to keep this health good and healthy, we need to exercise a certain amount every day, eat nutritious food, avoid fatty foods.
