The joy of learning the piano
In my experience, I discovered the joy of learning the piano while realizing its benefits and its impact in my life. Music has taken part of the human world throughout the years. Music in the piano is so unique that it projects positive effects in myself. Learning to play the piano is fun and educative, as well as it has bonus features to us. To unravel these benefits, it falls to three parts: mental enhancement, improve emotional awareness, and enhances well-being.
So, how does playing the piano enhances the brain? From being just a beginner, I figured out that it's more than just tapping the black and white keys, but I had to memorize the keys and notes to compose or play a whole song or a piece. As a result, the brain is exercised because it impacts hand coordination, attention and alertness.
Emotional intelligence is defined as the ability to detect and use emotions in myself, for example, to shape thinking. Learning to play music requires intense listening, which is a natural and necessary part of the process. This type of hearing also makes you more sensitive to minor variations in voice tone during a conversation. I've had many emotional moments when playing the piano and they really take part in the musicality.
Commonly, piano playing provides players with a variety of physical and physiological benefits. I reiterate that it enhances dexterity and hand-eye coordination while sharpening fine motor abilities. Music has also been demonstrated to lower blood pressure, boost immunological response, and reduce heart and respiratory rates, as well as cardiac issues.
One of the greatest benefits to personal well-being is the ability to sit at the piano and express myself while blocking out the rest of the world for a few while.
