Will Sanctions on Privacy Coins, drive economy from the US
Privacy coins take a beaten after recent Sanction on Torando Cash by US government, leading to the removal or suspension of github code, the deletion of their discord server and the arrest of their 29-year-old developer known as Alexey Pertsev by Dutch Law Enforcement.
Will this be the start of a sustained attack or will this prevent privacy coin creators and ecosystems from building or operating businesses in the US.
And could that result in loses of revenue going forward for the U.S. as Privacy coins continue to grow and expand globally.
Personally I believe all these setbacks we are faced with now, will ultimately lead to better educated users that are more privacy focased crypto enthusiasts moving further towards (P2P) Person 2 Person transactions and secure private wallets rather than the use of platforms wallets and CEXs that can be problematic and controlled by the very systematic problems that lead most of us to crypto in the first place.
I may be wrong of course, that is just my take on the situation as with each attack I find myself moving further away from platforms that seek too much data, what do you think?
