What has been your most memorable Christmas themed Movie Songs from your childhood

Well it's that day of the year once again that we all get to enjoy after weeks and in some cases months of preparations.

We each have individual fond memories of growing up, great family get togethers, Christmas food and the many magical Christmas themed movies songs that made this time of year special to each of us in our own little way.

But what has been your most memorable Christmas Movie themed song that has a special place in your heart, something that brings you back to that certain period whenever you her it or see the movie.

My father was a Jazz lover and at this time of year, when the Family would get together he would always play his favourites Bing Crosby, Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra songs, and there was always the old black and white movies on around this time which you never really see anymore.

But for me there where many, such as Bing Crosby's White Christmas, that bring back fond memories of a by gone era.

An of course who could forget The famous pogues song Fairytale of New York by Shane Mac Gowan and Kirsty Mac Coll.
