The Rise of Bravethams BATman
So over the past 30 days or so I have acquainted myself with the Brave.com browser and the BAT Token literally becoming a “BATman”, I slowly but surely learned how to earn BAT tokens,Sync my devices, become a brave approved publisher and set up a secure Gemini Wallet.
“I Know some of you might be screaming “NO”
Its an “UPHOLD” Wallet and “Yes” it was, but “No” not exclusively any longer, apparently they now accept Gemini as a Wallet also which after my research I was happy to find had better reviews and (UI) user interface.
So after all the playing around and getting to grips with my new BAT mobile of search engines I decided what better way to be grateful than to write a short article or how to if you like for those new to Brave.com.
I will brake each step down into bulletin points to make each section easier to understand.
First step you will need to download the Brave.com browser, using your existing browser be it Google, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge, Duck duck go or whatever you use, simply search download Brave.com, once downloaded run the program..
Next step you want to make Brave your default browser, open brave, go to settings and go to default browser, click brave as your default, sometimes depending on the device you are using you may need to first set up an extension for Duck duck go, its kinda like the robin to my BATman. Also in settings
After you have successfully made brave your default browser its time to set up your brave rewards and start receiving your BAT tokens “OH YEAH” these work with you earning BAT every time you watch a brave approved privacy based ad. Worth nothing you really learn so much about privacy and the Cryptoverse through these ads, you may also tip your favourite publishers, bloggers or creators on many platforms and auto contribute to them and service providers you feel are doing a service in the online privacy or cryptocurrency fields.
Brave Rewards. In the settings you will see a little triangular logo for the brave rewards, click this and scroll down, you see a button for ads make sure it is switched on, beside this button you will find ad settings this will allow you to choose how many ads you want to see per hour, maybe start off with 2 ads and see how it feels, you can always change to more or less at a later time. When you have done this scroll down to auto contribute and decide if you would like to automatically contribute some or all of your BATman tokens each month the choice is literally yours, scroll down further and you will find a monthly account of your auto contribution and tips, which is another way you can support you favourite publishers and creators just like me, Tips are always welcome.
Next step I would suggest setting up your Sync devices, again in settings, “YOU SEE” I ain't got you running all over Gotham City just to set up your account to receive BAT tokens, Oh no this is a one stop settings shop very straight forward, hope that makes it a smoother journey. Before we continue you will need to have downloaded brave onto at least another one phone, computer, laptop or tablet, when this is done and you have Brave, com on two devices, hit the Sync in the settings, scroll down to Sync, start sync.
This is an import aspect as you have two choices you can use a QR code to sync which I personally found arkward or you can use a sync code or seed phrase, when you have the sync code you then foolow all the steps above with your second device and Sync using sync code, repeat for each device, you may also choose the seetings you would like synced, i.e passwards, settings bookmarks etc.
Next you should set up your creator/publisher account so you can be tipped for any work that people can see, read, watch or listen to using the Brave browser, Reddit, You-tube and a host of other sites are supported, You can find a list by simply searching brave approved creators but first go to brave creators and set up your own work links if you are a creator, if not last step
Setting up your Gemini Wallet, again in settings you will find a Crypto Wallet head in their and choose you Wallet, once set up it will allow you to sync your Wallet with your brave rewards account, it can even be used in the Splinterlands NFT game but hey thats a whole other game for a whole other article.

I'm confuse does Gemini wallet much better than uphold wallet?
I been using uphold wallet all this time as it's convenient, fast and simple to use.. Aside from that the function of trading crypto is decent with a fee of 2% per trade (I'm not sure in this part)..
I been using brave on my pc for 6 months and since my pc is old it often needed a reformat which is not that bad as my brave is sync to my mobile..
But mobile brave is unstable sometimes there is some data lose and I even experience the needed to reinstall it at google play which resulted to a lost of bat as bat in mobile that is unverified can't be save or restored..
and that why I have bad feedback's on brave mobile..
