Ginger and lemon drinks to lose weight!

First cut a medium sized ginger into a few pieces. Now take a medium size lemon and cut it into a few pieces.

Now boil it in a pot with one liter of water. Now after a while add ginger and lemon slices. Now reduce the heat of the oven and boil for a while. Turn off the oven and cover with a lid for a while.

Then remove the ginger and garlic from the drink. Now strain the drink and mix one teaspoon of honey in it. Ginger and lemon drinks were made. You can drink this drink once or twice a day before or after meals.

Drinking this drink daily with healthy eating and exercise will help you lose weight in a few weeks.
