In this article, I just wanted to share a story of a girl specifically a mother which really moved me so much and ends up with some reflections and realizations that life brought us.
Last Saturday, this story entitled "Miracle inside the Prison" which is narrated and being portrayed in the MAGPAKAILANMAN show of GMA 7 TV network were really moved me into tears. Why? because after seeing this story of a girl I realized lot of things in life knowing also that this said story is not fictional it was really happening to someone's life.
To start with, I'm going to narrate first the story for you also to understand why is it I'm saying of a "Playful Destiny" or in tagalog "Mapaglarong Tadhana"
The story is all about a loving daughter who became a victim of abuse as she was a sex worker inside the prison with her mind solely set on earning money for her family.
This girl in the story is a single mom wherein she got pregnant at her early age but the father of his child betrayed her also and left her with another girl. That is why this is girl also were being blamed by her older sister about their state of living as if she was the reason why they suffers that way. When their house and their small business which the "karinderya" burnt out their lives or the lives of her family became miserable and someone should earn money from them since her father also has a condition and cannot do some works. When someone invited her to have some work, she automatically grabbed that opportunity not knowing that it was to become a prostitute inside the prison. When she knew about it, she had no other options to get out in tat situation because she was already being threatened. Of course, she doesn't want that her family will get hurt, so she continues that kind of work. While being the sex worker inside the prison, she also became the eye of the guy she worked for. She serves as the eye outside the prison in the illegal business of that guy. She can't do anything about it because as I've said she was being threatened and her family's lives were at risks at the same time her life too. Yes, she was able to support her family financially especially her son. This worked of hers just stop when the wife of the guy he worked for inside the prison which is the "Mayor" caught them and that serves as her scapegoat from that kind of work.
But being the prostitute inside the prison really brought her to a bigger problem because she got pregnant and when her family knows about her work and that she's pregnant with her second baby, she was being humiliated by her own family especially her older sister. By that, she was being treated coldly by her family until such time that she gave birth already. She again decided to work, and that work is to go abroad in UAE because she was being recruited to become a saleslady in a mall at UAE. Again, she grabbed that opportunity and we she git to the UAE, her worked is not to become a saleslady in a mall but again to become a prostitute abroad for the second time. In other words, she was again scammed by the recruiter. She were being sold to be a prostitute in UAE and she can't escape again in that work because her passport and visa were being hold by the manager. So, she continues that way not telling her family that she failed again and that she was again a loser. she tried to get out again in that situation and foe her to be able to get out in that, she must pay the manager with the amount that the manager paid to her recruiter. So, she able to get out in that situation but she was already overstaying in UAE because her passport and visa is not with her. So she just continue her life abroad because of she had a family that needs her financially. She was able to get another work their as janitress in the mall but she was already an illegal immigrant there, if the Arab Police will know that she will definitely goes to prison because of overstaying.
While working as janitress in a mall, he meet a guy who is a very rich Arab guy which owns the mall the she worked for. That guy likes her and dated her until the guy offers her to be his wife. And, yes she agreed to be married with that guy. The guy were very kind and respectful and is willing to be married with her. When she her landlady about that marriage, (the landlady were Filipino) she was being reported already with the Arab police and because of that she was being caught and she never saw again the guy that wants to marry her. Therefore, that luck of her to be marry by a kind, respectful and rich Arab guy were not realized because of that Filipino landlady that reported her to the police. After that, she was being departed again to the Philippines with the help of the embassy. That was the time that her family knows of her work in abroad. Again she was being scolded, and heard hurtful words coming from her family. That time she explains everything and told her parents about her unlucky life that she doesn't want it to happen to her but destiny brought her to that kind of situations and she can't do anything about it because she was being threatened and has no power to escape from it. After that confession of hers, she felt free and that her family already understand her from everything she did in her life which is not really her intentions to do so.
Actually, there were still lots of happening in her life but I will just highlight this part that I narrate to all of you because this is where my realizations in life being focused.
REALIZATIONS...
After I watched the story of this girl, I'm really ashamed of myself questioning of why life is unfair where in fact my experienced shall I say is much way better than of this girl. I didn't experienced to be sexually abused because of a particular situation that you can't get out. I didn't experienced to be betrayed, I didn't experienced to be humiliated by my own family. Then, why would I question myself that I was unlucky knowing that there are someone that are very unlucky than me which risking lives to be able to provide something to their loved ones, battling to survive. But rather I realized that I'm so lucky because I didn't experienced what this girl experienced. If ever I was in her situation probably I'm not still breathing now.
Another thing that I realized is that, we should not judge those people who engaged into prostitutions because we don't know what the story behind of why they did that kind of work where in fact there are lots of decent work in this world and why they still chooses to be in that situation. We don't know each other stories. That's why let's avoid to be more judgmental because in the first place we are not a Judge, only Judge can do judgements (kidding aside). Well my point is, let's just spread kindness to everyone for us also to help our community be at peace and not to become the negative source of energy that will explodes the whole society we currently lived in.
Again, let's be thankful that we are not experiencing such worst situation like the girl in the story. Let's not judge those who were into that kind of situations because we don't know their stories as well. Instead, let's spread positivity to the people around us. That would be of great help towards peacefulness of our society.
Hopefully, I imparted again a lesson, reflections, realizations to all of you.

Balak ko sana to gawan ng story ee, I mean ganitong tema ba. Ung bumagsak sya sa pagiging prostitute dahil kailangan, at hindi dahil gusto nya. So hindi tayo dapat basta bsatamg mag judge. Dahil sa bawat tao, may nga kwentong hindi natin alam.
