My most preferred breakfast is very basic and elementary, but also healthy. Eggs, a cup of milk, and any cereal. What is your preference? Breakfast is urguably one of the most important meals of the day. It helps us to rejuvenate from a period of 8 - 10 hrs of sleep with eating anything. In the short term, breakfast helps to ameriolate your energy levels which boosts your ability to concentrate in the first hours of the day, as well as help with better weight management and reduced risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Despite breakfast being one of the most important meals of the day, there are still a lot of people who skip this type of meal because of various reasons which makes them unable to refill the stores of energy and nutrients in their bodies which can lead to poor concertration during working hours.
Reasons why you should take breakfast are:
