Overthinking means thinking too much
How overthinking is danger for us??
When you think too much again and again instead of action. it leads you to depression , worry and anxiety.
It also stop us to action and doing work۔ when we think over and over again on any topic, comments or your past you are unable to to do anything.
It also prevent you to do more new task(things) , and in this way you are unable to success in life.
By overthinking you are more worry and unefficient.You just thinking that leads you to not able to do action.
By over and over thinking it leads you negattive thinking۔Then there comes a time when we think of things that don't really happen۔
Overthinking leads you a mental health problems.and you are can't sleep when you mind is full of different thinks.This leads a bad effects on your health.
When you think over you are fully stress your mind. Many peoples eat food and drink dangerous drinks like alcohol to get rid of stress that effects on man's health's.
HOw to overcome overthinking??
here are many ways to overcome Overthinking.
A few moments is enough to think۔Try to take desions and act. Don't think again and again when you make a decision. You just need to act and that's it
Listening music and do exercise and do other things to overcome Overthinking.
Engage with other people's as more as possible
Try to busy yourself in daily life.
Overthinking had a bad effect on our health so try to not think so much and relax your self.
