Do you know why lays packets are not full with chips ? Always we think about this why lays packet are not full ?

Chips are not actually packed with air, they're packed with nitrogen. This prevents the crisps themselves from oxidising. 

The idea behind doing this is to prevent the chips from getting oxidised, so that they do not go stale or soggy.

Not only for the taste, chips bags are also famous for the air present in them. Consumers feel bad when they see so much empty space in chips bags but it is actually done for some good reasons also...
