A lot of people don’t even eat their breakfast during this emergency. So they have no awareness of the problems that come with it.

Yes you are true dear breakfast is necessary to live a healthy life. If me miss our breakfast our immune system becomes weak and we become ill. With breakfast mind becomes fress and every part of body nourished and works properly.
