Hello and assalamualaikum to all of you...

I hope you are all good and enjoy your lifes happy....

Emotion is like fire. It is very useful when you control it, and harm is caused when you cannot control it. Do your best to control it.


Maybe it depends.For example, one night you are camping in the forest and the weather is very cold. You need to set and make fire to keep warm. The fire is good, but if you let it ignite it so big and uncontrolled, that fire will spread and the forest will burn.


The same as when it comes to your emotions. When you control it, it can help you make good friends,good deeds and better life. But when you do not control your emotions, it can harm you, as well as the people around you. Now that you are an adult, sometimes you can not control your anger or you can be overwhelmed by sadness.




But how you can control these feeling and emotions?


Control Anger:


It really hurts when you are treated badly. There are even some people, who do not control themselves and cause pain. It should not be ignored. When you caught up with anger, you can do things that you will regret later. Think carefully about what would happen,


Do not be emotional. Skip it and be patient if you can.Remember if when the harm is reciprocated by the harm, the problem will only get worse.

If you are annoyed, just show kindness even if it is difficult to do so. Remember that although you cannot change what happened, you can control how it reacts. Do not let others control your thoughts and feelings, you better control it.


Control Sadness and Grief:

Do you sometimes fall asleep in tears, or do you think that you are not happy in your life. Many young people are overwhelmed by lots of problems in life. Especially in youth who are experiencing physical and emotional changes.

And you think there is nothing you have been made right just because of a little mistake. And you think your life is miserable. Some even hurt themselves to alleviate grief.But think about why you are doing it.

Talking to parents, friends or other people about it can helps. If you do not have the courage to talk in person, write a letter or call on the phone to alleviate your sadness.

If you still do not get rid of your sadness, you may have a health problem such as depression. It is good to see a doctor and help you get treatment. You should not be ashamed of your situation.

We may be able speak and do things we later regret, but do not be discouraged, you will learn to control your emotions and not let emotions control you....
